出埃及記 Exodus 1:1-3:22
1:1
以色列的眾子，各帶家眷，和雅各一同來到埃及。他們的名字記在下面：
Now these are the names of the sons of Israel who came to Egypt with Jacob; each man came with his household:
1:2
流便、西緬、利未和猶大，
Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah,
1:3
以薩迦、西布倫和便雅憫，
Issachar, Zebulun, and Benjamin,
1:4
但和拿弗他利，迦得和亞設。
Dan and Naphtali, Gad and Asher.
1:5
凡從雅各生的，共有七十人；但約瑟已經在埃及。
And all the persons who came forth from the loins of Jacob were seventy persons, but Joseph was already in Egypt.
1:6
約瑟和他的眾弟兄，並那一代的人，都死了。
And Joseph died, and all his brothers, and all that generation.
1:7
但以色列人繁衍孳生，並且增多，極其強盛，滿了那地。
But the children of Israel were fruitful and increased abundantly and multiplied and grew exceedingly strong, and the land was filled with them.
1:8
有不曉得約瑟的新王興起，治理埃及。
And a new king rose up over Egypt, who did not know of Joseph.
1:9
他對他的民說，看哪，這以色列民比我們多，又比我們強盛。
And he said to his people, The people of the children of Israel are now more numerous and stronger than we.
1:10
來罷，我們不如用巧計待他們，免得他們多起來，日後若發生戰事，就聯合我們的仇敵攻擊我們，離開這地上去了。
Come, let us deal wisely with them, lest they multiply and, when some war occurs, they also join themselves to those who hate us and fight against us and go up from the land.
1:11
於是埃及人派督工轄制他們，加重擔苦害他們。他們為法老建造兩座積貨城，就是比東和蘭塞。
So they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built storage cities for Pharaoh, Pithom and Raamses.
1:12
只是越發苦害，他們越發增多，越發蔓延；埃及人就懼怕以色列人。
But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and the more they spread out so that they came to dread the children of Israel.
1:13
埃及人嚴嚴的使以色列人作工，
And the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with harshness,
1:14
使他們因作苦工覺得命苦；無論是和泥，是作磚，是作田間各樣的工，在一切的工上都嚴嚴的待他們。
And they made their lives bitter with hard labor in mortar and in brick and in all kinds of labor in the field; all their labor with which they made them serve was with harshness.
1:15
有希伯來的兩個接生婦，一個名叫施弗拉，一個名叫普阿；埃及王對她們說，
And the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, one whose name was Shiphrah and the other whose name was Puah;
1:16
你們為希伯來婦人接生，看她們臨盆的時候，若是男孩，就把他殺了；若是女孩，就讓她存活。
And he said, When you act as midwives for the Hebrew women and see them on the birthstool, if it is a son, then you shall put him to death; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.
1:17
但是接生婦敬畏神，不照埃及王的吩咐行，竟讓男孩存活。
But the midwives feared God and did not do as the king of Egypt had commanded them but let the male children live.
1:18
埃及王召了接生婦來，說，你們為甚麼作這事，讓男孩存活？
So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, Why have you done this thing and let the male children live?
1:19
接生婦對法老說，因為希伯來婦人與埃及婦人不同；希伯來婦人本是健壯的，接生婦還沒有到，她們已經生產了。
And the midwives said to Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are vigorous: before the midwife comes to them, they give birth.
1:20
神厚待接生婦。以色列人多起來，極其強盛。
And God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very strong.
1:21
接生婦因為敬畏神，神便為她們建立家室。
And because the midwives feared God, He established households for them.
1:22
法老吩咐他的眾民說，希伯來人所生的男孩，你們都要丟在河裏；一切的女孩，你們可以讓她存活。
And Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, Every son who is born you shall cast into the River, but every daughter you shall let live.
2:1
有一個利未家的人，娶了一個利未女子為妻。
And a man of the house of Levi went and took a daughter of Levi as wife.
2:2
那女人懷孕，生了一個兒子；見他俊美，就把他藏了三個月；
And the woman conceived and bore a son; and when she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him three months.
2:3
後來不能再藏，就取了一個蒲草箱，抹上石漆和柏油，將孩子放在裏面，把箱子擱在河邊的蘆葦中。
And when she could no longer hide him, she took for him a papyrus basket and plastered it with tar and pitch; and she put the child in it and placed it among the reeds on the bank of the River.
2:4
孩子的姐姐遠遠站著，要知道他究竟會怎樣。
And his sister stood at a distance to find out what would happen to him.
2:5
法老的女兒下到河邊洗澡，她的使女們在河邊行走。她看見那箱子在蘆葦中，就打發婢女去拿來。
And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to bathe at the River while her maidens walked alongside the River. And she saw the basket in the midst of the reeds and sent her female servant, and she brought it to her.
2:6
她打開箱子，看見那孩子。孩子哭了，她就憐惜他，說，這是希伯來人的一個孩子。
And she opened it and saw the child, and there was the boy, weeping. And she had compassion on him and said, This is one of the Hebrews' children.
2:7
那時孩子的姐姐對法老的女兒說，我去在希伯來婦人中叫一個奶媽來，為你奶這孩子，可以不可以？
Then his sister said to Pharaoh's daughter, Shall I go and call a nurse from the Hebrew women for you that she may nurse the child for you?
2:8
法老的女兒說，去罷。童女就去叫了孩子的母親來。
And Pharaoh's daughter said to her, Go. And the girl went and called the child's mother.
2:9
法老的女兒對她說，你把這孩子抱去，為我奶他，我必給你工價。婦人就抱了孩子去奶他。
And Pharaoh's daughter said to her, Take this child away and nurse him for me, and I will give you your wages. So the woman took the child and nursed him.
2:10
孩子漸長，婦人把他帶到法老的女兒那裏，就作了她的兒子。她給孩子起名叫摩西，說，因我把他從水里拉出來。
And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses and said, Because I drew him out of the water.
2:11
後來，摩西長大，出去到他弟兄那裏，看他們所受的重擔；他見一個埃及人打一個希伯來人，他的一個弟兄。
And in those days, when Moses had grown up, he went out to his brothers and looked on their burdens; and he saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his brothers.
2:12
他左右觀看，見沒有人，就把那埃及人打死了，藏在沙土裏。
And he looked this way and that, and when he saw that there was no one there, he struck the Egyptian down and hid him in the sand.
2:13
第二天他出去，見有兩個希伯來人爭鬥，就對那欺負人的說，你為甚麼打你同族的人？
And he went out the next day, and there were two Hebrew men struggling together; and he said to the one who was in the wrong, Why are you beating your companion?
2:14
那人說，誰立你作我們的首領和審判官呢？難道你想要殺我，像殺那埃及人麼？摩西便懼怕，說，這事必是被人知道了。
And he said, Who appointed you a ruler and a judge over us? Are you thinking to kill me as you killed the Egyptian? And Moses became frightened and said, Surely the matter is known.
2:15
法老聽見這事，就想要殺摩西；但摩西逃避法老，去米甸地居住。
Now when Pharaoh heard of this matter, he sought to kill Moses. But Moses fled from Pharaoh to dwell in the land of Midian, and he sat down by a well.
2:16
一日，他在井旁坐下。米甸的祭司有七個女兒；她們來打水，打滿了槽，要給父親的群羊喝水。
Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters, and they came and drew water and filled the troughs to water their father's flock.
2:17
有牧羊的人來，把她們趕走，摩西卻起來幫助她們，又給她們的群羊喝了水。
And the shepherds came and drove them away, but Moses rose up and helped them and watered their flock.
2:18
她們回到父親流珥那裏；他說，今日你們為何這麼快就回來？
And when they came to Reuel their father, he said, Why have you come back so quickly today?
2:19
她們說，有一個埃及人救我們脫離牧羊人的手，並且還為我們打水給群羊喝。
And they said, An Egyptian delivered us out of the hand of the shepherds, and he even drew water for us as well and watered the flock.
2:20
他對女兒們說，那個人在那裏？你們為甚麼撇下他呢？你們去請他來喫飯。
And he said to his daughters, And where is he? Why did you leave the man? Invite him to eat a meal.
2:21
摩西甘心和那人同住；那人把他的女兒西坡拉給摩西為妻。
And Moses agreed to stay with the man, and he gave Moses Zipporah his daughter.
2:22
西坡拉生了一個兒子，摩西給他起名叫革舜，因為他說，我在異地作了寄居的。
And she bore a son, and he called his name Gershom, for he said, I have been a sojourner in a foreign land.
2:23
過了許久，埃及王死了。以色列人因受奴役，就歎息哀號，他們的哀聲上達於神。
And in the course of those many days the king of Egypt died, and the children of Israel groaned because of the bondage. And they cried out, and their cry went up to God because of their bondage.
2:24
神聽見他們的哀歎，就記念祂與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約。
And God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.
2:25
神看顧以色列人，也知道他們的苦情。
And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God took notice of them.
3:1
摩西牧養他岳父米甸祭司葉忒羅的羊群；一日領羊群往曠野的背面去，來到神的山，就是何烈山。
Now Moses was shepherding the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the back of the wilderness and came to the mountain of God, to Horeb.
3:2
耶和華的使者從荊棘中火焰裏向摩西顯現。摩西觀看，不料，荊棘被火燒著，卻沒有燒毀。
And the Angel of Jehovah appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a thornbush. And when he looked, there was the thornbush, burning with fire; but the thornbush was not consumed.
3:3
摩西說，我要過去看這大異象，這荊棘為何沒有燒掉呢？
And Moses said, I must turn aside now and see this great sight, why the thornbush does not burn up.
3:4
耶和華見他過去要看，神就從荊棘中呼叫說，摩西，摩西。他說，我在這裏。
And when Jehovah saw that he had turned aside to look, God called to him out of the midst of the thornbush and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here I am.
3:5
神說，不要近前來。把你腳上的鞋脫下來，因為你所站的地方乃是聖地；
And He said, Do not come near here. Remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.
3:6
又說，我是你父親的神，是亞伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神。摩西遮住臉，因為怕看神。
And He said, I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.
3:7
耶和華說，我的百姓在埃及所受的困苦，我實在看見了；他們因受督工的轄制所發的哀聲，我也聽見了；我原知道他們的痛苦。
And Jehovah said, I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
3:8
我下來要救他們脫離埃及人的手，領他們從那地出來，上到美好、寬闊、流奶與蜜之地，就是到迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人的地方。
And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.
3:9
現在以色列人的哀聲達到我這裏，我也看見埃及人怎樣欺壓他們。
And now the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
3:10
故此，我要差你去法老那裏，使你可以將我的百姓以色列人從埃及領出來。
So come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.
3:11
摩西對神說，我是誰，竟能去法老那裏，將以色列人從埃及領出來呢？
But Moses said to God, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?
3:12
神說，我必與你同在；你將百姓從埃及領出來之後，你們必在這山上事奉神；這就是我差遣你的證據。
And He said, Surely I will be with you, and this shall be the sign for you that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will serve God upon this mountain.
3:13
摩西對神說，我到以色列人那裏，對他們說，你們祖宗的神差我到你們這裏來；他們若問我說，祂叫甚麼名字？我要對他們說甚麼？
Then Moses said to God, If I come to the children of Israel and say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they say to me, What is His name? what shall I say to them?
3:14
神對摩西說，我是那我是；又說，你要對以色列人這樣說，那我是差我到你們這裏來。
And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And He said, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you
3:15
神又對摩西說，你要對以色列人這樣說，耶和華你們祖宗的神，就是亞伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神，差我到你們這裏來。這是我的名，直到永遠；這也是我的記念，直到萬代。
And God also said to Moses, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial from generation to generation.
3:16
你去招聚以色列的長老，對他們說，耶和華你們祖宗的神，就是亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的神，向我顯現，說，我實在眷顧了你們，也看見了你們在埃及受到甚麼樣的對待。
Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say to them, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, I have surely visited you and seen what is being done to you in Egypt.
3:17
我也說，我要將你們從埃及的困苦中領出來，上到迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人之地，就是到流奶與蜜之地。
And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.
3:18
他們必聽你的話；你和以色列的長老要去見埃及王，對他說，耶和華希伯來人的神遇見了我們；現在求你讓我們走三天的路程，到曠野裏去，我們好獻祭給耶和華我們的神。
And they will listen to your voice, and you shall come, you and the elders of Israel, to the king of Egypt, and you shall say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us; and now let us go a three days' journey into the wilderness that we may sacrifice to Jehovah our God.
3:19
但我知道，即使受大能的手強迫，埃及王也不會讓你們去。
But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go, not even when compelled by a mighty hand.
3:20
所以我必伸出手來，在埃及中間施行我一切的奇事，擊打那地，然後他才讓你們去。
So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will perform in the midst of it, and after that he will let you go.
3:21
我必叫這民在埃及人眼前蒙恩，使你們去的時候不至空手而去。
And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that when you go, you will not go empty-handed.
3:22
但各婦女必向她的鄰舍，並居住在她家裏的女人，要銀器、金器和衣裳，好給你們的兒女穿戴。這樣，你們就把埃及人的財物掠奪了。
But every woman will ask of her neighbor and of any woman living in her house for articles of silver and articles of gold and clothing, and you will put them on your sons and on your daughters, and thus plunder the Egyptians.

馬太福音 Matthew 16:13-27
16:13
耶穌到了該撒利亞腓立比的境內，就問祂的門徒說，人說人子是誰？
Now when Jesus came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, Who do men say that the Son of Man is?
16:14
他們說，有人說是施浸者約翰，另有人說是以利亞，還有人說是耶利米，或申言者中的一位。
And they said, Some, John the Baptist; and others, Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
16:15
祂對他們說，你們說我是誰？
He said to them, But you, who do you say that I am?
16:16
西門彼得回答說，你是基督，是活神的兒子。
And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.
16:17
耶穌回答他說，西門巴約拿，你是有福的，因為不是血肉之人啟示了你，乃是我在諸天之上的父啟示了你。
And Jesus answered and said to him, Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in the heavens.
16:18
我還告訴你，你是彼得，我要把我的召會建造在這磐石上，陰間的門不能勝過她。
And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
16:19
我要把諸天之國的鑰匙給你，凡你在地上捆綁的，必是在諸天之上已經捆綁的；凡你在地上釋放的，必是在諸天之上已經釋放的。
I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever you bind on the earth shall have been bound in the heavens, and whatever you loose on the earth shall have been loosed in the heavens.
16:20
於是耶穌囑咐門徒，不可對人說祂是基督。
Then He charged the disciples not to tell anyone that He was the Christ.
16:21
從那時候，耶穌才指示祂的門徒，祂必須往耶路撒冷去，受長老、祭司長和經學家許多的苦，並且被殺，第三日復活。
From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes and be killed and on the third day be raised.
16:22
彼得就拉祂到一邊，責勸祂說，主啊，神眷憐你，這事絕不會臨到你。
And Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, God be merciful to You, Lord! This shall by no means happen to You!
16:23
祂卻轉過來，對彼得說，撒但，退我後面去吧！你是絆跌我的，因為你不思念神的事，只思念人的事。
But He turned and said to Peter, Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me, for you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of men.
16:24
於是耶穌對門徒說，若有人要跟從我，就當否認己，背起他的十字架，並跟從我。
Then Jesus said to His disciples, If anyone wants to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me.
16:25
因為凡要救自己魂生命的，必喪失魂生命；凡為我喪失自己魂生命的，必得著魂生命。
For whoever wants to save his soul-life shall lose it; but whoever loses his soul-life for My sake shall find it.
16:26
人若賺得全世界，卻賠上自己的魂生命，有甚麼益處？人還能拿甚麼換自己的魂生命？
For what shall a man be profited if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul-life? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul-life?
16:27
因為人子要在祂父的榮耀裏，同著眾天使來臨，那時祂要照各人的行為報應各人。
For the Son of Man is to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will repay each man according to his doings.
