約書亞記 Joshua 23:1-24:33
23:1
耶和華使以色列人得安息，不被四圍一切仇敵擾亂；過了多日，約書亞年紀老邁，
And many days after Jehovah had given Israel rest from all their enemies around them and Joshua was old and advanced in age,
23:2
就把以色列眾人，把他們的長老、首領、審判官、並官長都召了來，對他們說，我年紀已經老邁；
Joshua called for all Israel, for their elders and their heads and their judges and their officers; and he said to them, I am old and advanced in age;
23:3
耶和華你們的神，因你們的緣故，向那些國所行的一切事，你們都看見了，因那為你們爭戰的是耶和華你們的神。
And you have seen all that Jehovah your God has done to all these nations because of you, for it was Jehovah your God who fought for you.
23:4
看哪，從約但河起到日落之處的大海，我所剪除的各國和剩下的這些國，我都已經拈鬮分給你們各支派為業。
See, I have allotted to you all these nations that remain as an inheritance for your tribes, as well as all the nations that I cut off, from the Jordan to the Great Sea toward the setting of the sun.
23:5
耶和華你們的神必將他們從你們面前攆出，將他們從你們面前趕出去；你們就必得他們的地為業，正如耶和華你們的神對你們所說的。
And Jehovah your God, He will thrust them out before you and dispossess them out of your sight; and you will possess their land, as Jehovah your God spoke to you.
23:6
所以，你們要分外剛強，謹守遵行寫在摩西律法書上的一切話，不可偏離左右，
Therefore be very strong to keep and do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, not turning away from it to the right or to the left,
23:7
不可與你們中間所剩下的這些國民攙雜；他們的神，你們不可題他們的名，不可指著他們起誓，也不可事奉、跪拜；
And not going unto these nations, these that remain with you; neither shall you make mention of the names of their gods, nor cause anyone to swear by them, nor serve them, nor bow down to them;
23:8
只要照著你們到今日所行的，緊聯於耶和華你們的神。
But you shall cling to Jehovah your God, as you have done to this day.
23:9
因為耶和華已經把又大又強的國民從你們面前趕出；至於你們，直到今日，沒有一人在你們面前站立得住。
For Jehovah has dispossessed great and strong nations because of you; but as for you, no one has stood before you to this day.
23:10
你們一人必追趕千人，因耶和華你們的神照祂對你們所說的，為你們爭戰。
One man of you chases a thousand, for it is Jehovah your God who fights for you, as He has spoken to you.
23:11
你們要分外謹慎，愛耶和華你們的神。
Be very careful therefore for yourselves, that you love Jehovah your God.
23:12
你們若稍微轉去，依附你們中間所剩下的這些國民，與他們彼此結親，互相往來，
But if you do indeed turn back and cling to the remainder of these nations, these that remain with you, and marry into them, and go among them and they among you;
23:13
你們要確實知道，耶和華你們的神，必不再將他們從你們面前趕出去；他們卻要成為你們的網羅、陷阱、肋上的鞭、眼中的刺，直到你們在耶和華你們神所賜的這美地上滅亡。
Know for certain that Jehovah your God will no longer dispossess these nations out of your sight, but they will become a snare and a trap to you, and a scourge in your sides and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from this good land that Jehovah your God has given you.
23:14
看哪，我今日要走全地之人必走的路；你們是全心全魂的知道，耶和華你們神所說，要賜給你們好處的話，沒有一句落空。這一切都應驗在你們身上，沒有一句落空。
And now today I am going the way of all the earth; and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not a word has failed of all the good things that Jehovah your God spoke concerning you. All has come to pass for you; not one word of it has failed.
23:15
耶和華你們神所說要賜給你們的一切好處怎樣臨到你們身上，耶和華也必照樣使一切禍患臨到你們身上，直到把你們從耶和華你們神所賜的這美地上除滅。
But just as all the good things that Jehovah your God spoke concerning you have come upon you, so will Jehovah cause all the evil things to come upon you, until He has destroyed you from this good land that Jehovah your God has given you.
23:16
你們若違背耶和華你們神所吩咐你們遵守的約，去事奉別神，跪拜他們，耶和華的怒氣必向你們發作，使你們在祂所賜的美地上速速滅亡。
When you transgress the covenant of Jehovah your God, which He commanded you, and go and serve other gods, and bow down to them, the anger of Jehovah will burn against you, and you will perish quickly from the good land that He has given you.
24:1
約書亞將以色列的眾支派聚集在示劍，召了以色列的長老、首領、審判官、並官長來，他們就站在神面前。
Then Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel together at Shechem; and he called for the elders of Israel and for their heads and for their judges and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God.
24:2
約書亞對眾民說，耶和華以色列的神如此說，古時你們的列祖，就是亞伯拉罕和拿鶴的父親他拉，住在大河那邊事奉別神，
And Joshua said to all the people, Thus says Jehovah the God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt across the River long ago, Terah the father of Abraham and the father of Nahor; and they served other gods.
24:3
我將你們的祖宗亞伯拉罕從大河那邊帶來，領他走遍迦南全地，又使他的後裔增多，把以撒賜給他；
And I took your father Abraham from across the River and brought him throughout all the land of Canaan; and I multiplied his seed and gave him Isaac.
24:4
又把雅各和以掃賜給以撒，將西珥山賜給以掃為業；後來雅各和他的子孫下到埃及去了。
And I gave Jacob and Esau to Isaac. And I gave Mount Seir to Esau, that he might possess it; but Jacob and his sons went down into Egypt.
24:5
我差遣摩西、亞倫，並照我在埃及中所行的降災與埃及，然後把你們領出來。
And I sent Moses and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt by what I did in the midst of it; and afterward I brought you out.
24:6
我領你們列祖出埃及，他們就到了紅海；埃及人帶領戰車和馬兵追趕你們列祖到紅海。
And I brought your fathers out from Egypt, and you came to the sea; and the Egyptians pursued after your fathers with chariots and with horsemen unto the Red Sea.
24:7
你們列祖哀求耶和華，祂就將極深的黑暗置於你們和埃及人之間，又使海水回流，淹沒埃及人。我在埃及所行的事，你們親眼見過。你們在曠野也住了許多年日。
And when they cried out to Jehovah, He put deep darkness between you and the Egyptians; and He brought the sea upon them and covered them. And your eyes saw what I did to Egypt. And you dwelt in the wilderness for many days.
24:8
我領你們到住在約但河東的亞摩利人之地，他們與你們爭戰。我將他們交在你們手中，你們便得了他們的地為業；我也在你們面前將他們滅絕。
And I brought you into the land of the Amorites, who dwelt beyond the Jordan, and they fought with you. And I gave them into your hand, and you possessed their land; and I destroyed them before you.
24:9
那時，摩押王西撥的兒子巴勒起來攻擊以色列人，打發人召了比珥的兒子巴蘭來咒詛你們。
Then Balak the son of Zippor, the king of Moab, rose up and fought against Israel; and he sent men and called for Balaam the son of Beor to curse you.
24:10
我不肯聽巴蘭的話，所以他倒為你們連連祝福；這樣，我便救你們脫離巴勒的手。
But I would not listen to Balaam; therefore he altogether blessed you, and I delivered you out of his hand.
24:11
你們過了約但河，到了耶利哥；耶利哥的居民、亞摩利人、比利洗人、迦南人、赫人、革迦撒人、希未人、耶布斯人都與你們爭戰；我把他們交在你們手裏。
And you crossed over the Jordan and came to Jericho; and the lords of Jericho fought against you: the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I gave them into your hand.
24:12
我打發大黃蜂在你們前面，將亞摩利人的兩個王從你們面前攆出，並不是用你的刀，也不是用你的弓。
And I sent the hornet before you, and it drove them out from before you, that is, the two kings of the Amorites; it was not by your sword or by your bow.
24:13
我賜給你們地土，非你們所勞碌修治的；我賜給你們城邑，非你們所建造的，你們就住在其中；你們又得喫非你們所栽種的葡萄園、橄欖園的果子。
And I gave you a land on which you had not labored, and cities which you did not build, and you dwell in them; you eat of vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant.
24:14
現在你們要敬畏耶和華，純誠忠信的事奉祂，將你們列祖在大河那邊和在埃及所事奉的神除掉，來事奉耶和華。
Now therefore fear Jehovah, and serve Him in sincerity and faithfulness; and put away the gods whom your fathers served across the River and in Egypt, and serve Jehovah.
24:15
若是你們以事奉耶和華為不好，今日就可以選擇所要事奉的，是你們列祖在大河那邊所事奉的神呢，還是你們所住這地之亞摩利人的神？至於我和我家，我們必定事奉耶和華。
And if it seems wrong in your sight to serve Jehovah, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve, either the gods from across the River, whom your fathers served, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.
24:16
百姓回答說，我們斷不敢離棄耶和華去事奉別神；
And the people answered and said, Far be it from us that we would forsake Jehovah to serve other gods;
24:17
因耶和華我們的神曾將我們和我們列祖從埃及地，從為奴之家領上來，在我們眼前行了那些大神蹟，在我們所行的一切道路上，所經過的諸民中，都保護了我們；
For Jehovah our God is the One who brought us and our fathers out from the land of Egypt, from the slave house, and who did those great signs in our sight and preserved us in all the way that we went and among all the peoples through whose midst we passed;
24:18
耶和華又把住此地的眾民，就是亞摩利人，都從我們面前趕出去。我們也必定事奉耶和華，因為祂是我們的神。
And Jehovah drove out all the peoples from before us, that is, the Amorites who inhabit the land. We also will serve Jehovah, for He is our God.
24:19
約書亞對百姓說，你們不能事奉耶和華，因為祂是聖別的神，是忌邪的神，必不赦免你們的過犯和你們的罪。
Then Joshua said to the people, You are not able to serve Jehovah, for He is a holy God. He is a jealous God; He will not forgive your transgression or your sins.
24:20
你們若離棄耶和華去事奉外邦神，耶和華以好處待你們之後，必轉而以禍患待你們，把你們滅絕。
If you forsake Jehovah and serve foreign gods, He will turn and do you harm and consume you after He has done good to you.
24:21
百姓對約書亞說，不然，我們必定事奉耶和華。
And the people said to Joshua, No; but we will serve Jehovah.
24:22
約書亞對百姓說，你們自己選擇耶和華，要事奉祂，你們向自己作見證罷。他們說，我們願意作見證。
Then Joshua said to the people, You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen Jehovah on your own, to serve Him. And they said, We are witnesses.
24:23
約書亞說，你們現在要除掉你們中間的外邦神，傾心歸向耶和華以色列的神。
Now therefore put away the foreign gods that are among you, and incline your hearts to Jehovah the God of Israel.
24:24
百姓對約書亞說，我們必定事奉耶和華我們的神，聽從祂的話。
And the people said to Joshua, Jehovah our God we will serve, and to His voice we will listen.
24:25
當日，約書亞就與百姓立約，在示劍為他們立定律例和典章。
So Joshua made a covenant for the people that day, and he made a statute and an ordinance for them in Shechem.
24:26
約書亞將這些話都寫在神的律法書上，又將一塊大石頭立在耶和華聖所那裏的橡樹下。
And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and he took a great stone and erected it there under the terebinth that was at the sanctuary of Jehovah.
24:27
約書亞對眾百姓說，看哪，這石頭可以向我們作見證，因為它聽見了耶和華對我們所說的一切話；它也要向你們作見證，免得你們背棄你們的神。
And Joshua said to all the people, This stone here shall be as a witness against us; for it has heard all the words of Jehovah, which He has spoken to us; and it shall be as a witness against you, lest you act deceptively against your God.
24:28
於是約書亞打發百姓各歸自己的地業去了。
Then Joshua sent the people away, each to his own inheritance.
24:29
這些事以後，耶和華的僕人嫩的兒子約書亞，正一百一十歲就死了。
And after these things Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Jehovah, died at the age of one hundred and ten years.
24:30
以色列人將他葬在他地業的境內，就是在以法蓮山地的亭拿西拉，在迦實山的北邊。
And they buried him in the territory of his inheritance, in Timnath-serah, which is in the hill country of Ephraim, north of Mount Gaash.
24:31
約書亞在世的日子，以及約書亞死後，那些知道耶和華為以色列人所行諸事的長老還在的日子，以色列人事奉耶和華。
And Israel served Jehovah throughout all the days of Joshua and throughout all the days of the elders whose days extended after Joshua's and who knew all the work of Jehovah that He had done for Israel.
24:32
以色列人從埃及所帶上來約瑟的骸骨，葬埋在示劍，就是在雅各從前用一百塊銀子向示劍的父親，哈抹的子孫所買的那塊地裏；這就作了約瑟子孫的產業。
And Joseph's bones, which the children of Israel had brought up from Egypt, were buried in Shechem, in the portion of the field that Jacob had bought from the children of Hamor the father of Shechem for a hundred pieces of money; and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.
24:33
亞倫的兒子以利亞撒也死了，人把他葬在他兒子非尼哈在以法蓮山地所得的小山上。
And Eleazar the son of Aaron died; and they buried him in the hill of Phinehas his son, which had been given to him in the hill country of Ephraim.

10:38
他們走路的時候，耶穌進了一個村莊；有一個女人名叫馬大，接待祂到家裏。
Now as they went, He entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received Him into her home.
10:39
她有一個妹妹，名叫馬利亞，在主腳前坐著聽祂的話。
And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at the Lord's feet and was listening to His word.
10:40
馬大伺候的事多，各方忙亂，就進前來，說，主啊，我妹妹留下我獨自一人伺候，你不在意麼？請吩咐她同我作她分內該作的事。
But Martha was being drawn about with much serving, and she came up to Him and said, Lord, does it not matter to You that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to do her part with me.
10:41
主回答她說，馬大，馬大，你為許多的事思慮煩擾；
But the Lord answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things;
10:42
但是不可少的只有一件，馬利亞已經選擇那美好的分，是不能從她奪去的。
But there is need of one thing, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
11:1
耶穌在一個地方禱告，禱告完了，有一個門徒對祂說，主啊，教導我們禱告，像約翰教導他的門徒一樣。
And while He was in a certain place praying, when He ceased, a certain one of His disciples said to Him, Lord, teach us to pray, even as John also taught his disciples.
11:2
耶穌說，你們禱告的時候，要說，父啊，願你的名被尊為聖，願你的國來臨。
And He said to them, When you pray, say, Father, Your name be sanctified; Your kingdom come.
11:3
我們日用的食物，天天賜給我們；
Give us each day our daily bread.
11:4
赦免我們的罪，因為我們也赦免凡虧欠我們的人；不叫我們陷入試誘。
And forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone indebted to us. And do not bring us into temptation.
11:5
耶穌又說，你們中間誰有一個朋友，半夜到他那裏去，說，朋友，請借給我三個餅；
And He said to them, Who among you will have a friend and will go to him at midnight and say to him, Friend, lend me three loaves,
11:6
因為我有一個朋友行路來到我這裏，我沒有甚麼可以給他擺上。
Since a friend of mine has come to me from a journey and I have nothing to set before him;
11:7
那人在裏面回答說，不要攪擾我，門已經關閉，孩子們也同我在床上了，我不能起來給你。
And that one, from inside, will answer and say, Do not trouble me; the door is already shut and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise up and give you anything?
11:8
我告訴你們，雖不因他是朋友起來給他，但因他情辭迫切的直求，就必起來，照他所需用的給他。
I say to you, Even though he will not rise up and give him anything because he is his friend, surely because of his shameless persistence he will rise and give him what he needs.
11:9
我又告訴你們，求，就給你們；尋找，就尋見；叩門，就給你們開門。
And I say to you, Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.
11:10
因為凡求的，就得著；尋找的，就尋見；叩門的，就給他開門。
For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened.
11:11
你們中間作父親的，誰有兒子求魚，反拿蛇當魚給他？
But what father among you whose son shall ask for a fish will instead of a fish hand him a snake?
11:12
或求雞蛋，反給他蠍子？
Or if he shall also ask for an egg will hand him a scorpion?
11:13
你們雖然不好，尚且知道把好東西給兒女，何況天上的父，豈不更將聖靈給求祂的人麼？
If you then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father who is from heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!
