箴言 Proverbs 8:1-9:18
8:1
智慧豈不呼叫？聰明豈不揚聲？
Does not wisdom call, And understanding lift up her voice?
8:2
她在路旁高處的頂上，在十字路口站立；
On the top of the heights, by the way, Where the paths meet, she takes her stand;
8:3
在城門旁，在城門口，在城門的出入處大聲呼喊：
Beside the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors, she cries aloud:
8:4
眾人哪，我呼叫你們，我向世人發聲，說，
To you, O men, I call; And my voice is to the sons of men.
8:5
愚蒙人哪，你們要會悟靈明；愚昧人哪，你們當心裏明白。
O simple ones, understand prudence; And, O fools, be of an understanding heart.
8:6
你們當聽，因我要說尊高的事；我張嘴要論正直的事。
Hear, for I will speak noble things; And the opening of my lips will yield right things.
8:7
我的口要發出真理，我的嘴憎惡邪惡。
For my mouth will utter truth, And wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
8:8
我口中的言語都是公義，其中並無彎曲乖僻。
All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; There is nothing twisted or crooked in them.
8:9
這些言語對明達的人，是正直的；對有知識的人，是正確的。
They are all straight to him who understands, And right to those who find knowledge.
8:10
你們當受我的訓誨，不受銀子；寧得知識，勝得精金。
Receive my instruction, and not silver; And knowledge rather than choice gold.
8:11
因為智慧比珊瑚更美，一切可喜愛的都不足與比較。
For wisdom is better than corals, And nothing that you desire compares with her.
8:12
我智慧與靈明同居，又尋得知識和謀略。
I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And I find knowledge and discretion.
8:13
敬畏耶和華就要恨惡邪惡；驕傲、狂妄、惡道、以及乖謬的口，都為我所恨惡。
The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth, I hate.
8:14
我有計謀和真智慧；我乃聰明，我有能力。
Counsel is mine and sound wisdom; I am understanding; I have might.
8:15
帝王藉我掌權，君王藉我定公平。
By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.
8:16
首領和貴胄－世上一切公正的審判官，都是藉我掌權。
By me princes rule, And nobles-all who judge righteously.
8:17
愛我的，我也愛他；殷切尋求我的，就必尋見。
I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me.
8:18
豐富和尊榮在我，恆久的貲財和公義也在我。
Riches and honor are with me, Enduring wealth and righteousness.
8:19
我的果實勝過金子，強如精金；我的出產超乎精選的銀子。
My fruit is better than gold, even fine gold; And my yield than choice silver.
8:20
我走在公義的道路上，行在公平的途徑中，
I walk in the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice,
8:21
使愛我的承受資產，並充滿他們的府庫。
That I may cause those who love me to inherit substance And that I may fill their treasuries.
8:22
耶和華在祂造化的起頭，在太初造作萬物之先，就有了我。
Jehovah possessed me in the beginning of His way, Before His works of old.
8:23
從亙古，從太初，未有大地以前，我已被立。
I was set up from eternity, From the beginning, before the earth was.
8:24
未有深淵，未有滿溢的水泉以先，我已生出。
When there were no depths, I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water.
8:25
大山未曾奠定，小山未有以先，我已生出；
Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth;
8:26
那時耶和華還沒有造出大地和田野，並世上最初的塵土。
When He had not yet made the earth and the fields, Nor the first dust of the world.
8:27
祂立諸天，我在那裏；祂在淵面周圍，畫出圓圈，
When He established the heavens, I was there; When He inscribed a circle upon the surface of the deep,
8:28
上使穹蒼堅硬，下使淵源穩固，
When He made firm the skies above, When the fountains of the deep became strong,
8:29
為滄海定出界限，使水不越過祂的命令，畫定大地的根基；
When He set for the sea its boundary, That the waters should not transgress His commandment, When He marked out the foundations of the earth;
8:30
那時我在祂旁邊為工師，日日為祂所喜愛，常常在祂面前歡躍，
Then I was by Him, as a master workman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him,
8:31
歡躍於祂所豫備居人之地；並且世人是我所喜愛的。
Rejoicing in His habitable earth; And my delight was in the sons of men.
8:32
眾子阿，現在要聽從我；因為謹守我道路的，便為有福。
Now therefore, my sons, listen to me; For blessed are they who keep my ways.
8:33
要聽訓誨，要有智慧，不可輕忽。
Hear instruction, and be wise; And do not neglect it.
8:34
聽從我，日日在我門口儆醒，在我門框旁邊守候的，那人便為有福。
Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my doors, Waiting at my doorposts.
8:35
因為尋得我的，就尋得生命，也必從耶和華得恩惠。
For whoever finds me finds life, And will obtain favor from Jehovah.
8:36
但得罪我的，卻害自己的性命；恨惡我的，都喜愛死亡。
But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All who hate me love death.
9:1
智慧建造房屋，鑿出七根柱子；
Wisdom has built her house; She has hewn out her seven pillars;
9:2
她宰牲調酒，設擺筵席；
She has slaughtered her beasts; She has mingled her wine; She has also set her table;
9:3
打發使女出去，自己在城中至高處呼叫，說，
She has sent forth her maidens; She calls from the highest places of the city:
9:4
誰是愚蒙人，可以轉到這裏來。又對那無知的人說，
Whoever is simple, let him turn in here; As for him who lacks sense, she says to him,
9:5
你們來，喫我的餅，喝我調和的酒；
Come, eat of my bread, And drink of the wine which I have mingled.
9:6
你們要捨棄愚蒙，就得存活，並要走聰明的道路。
Forsake foolishness, and live, And walk in the way of understanding.
9:7
指正褻慢人的，必受羞辱；責備惡人的，必遭玷污。
He who corrects a scorner gets dishonor for himself, And he who reproves a wicked man blemishes himself.
9:8
不要責備褻慢人，免得他恨你；要責備智慧人，他必愛你。
Do not reprove a scorner, lest he hate you; Reprove a wise man, and he will love you.
9:9
指教智慧人，他就越發有智慧；指示義人，他就增長學識。
Impart something to a wise man, and he will become wiser still; Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.
9:10
敬畏耶和華是智慧的開端，認識至聖者便是聰明。
The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
9:11
你藉著我，日子必增多，一生的年歲也必加添。
For by me your days will be multiplied, And the years of your life will be increased.
9:12
你若有智慧，是與自己有益；你若褻慢，就必獨自擔當後果。
If you are wise, you are wise for yourself; And if you are scornful, you alone will bear it.
9:13
愚昧婦人喧嚷；她是愚蒙，一無所知。
The woman Foolishness is rowdy; She is simple and knows nothing.
9:14
她坐在自己的家門口，坐在城中高處的座位上，
And she sits at the door of her house, On a seat in the heights of the city,
9:15
呼叫過路的，就是直行其道的人，說，
To call to those who pass by, Who go straight on their ways:
9:16
誰是愚蒙人，可以轉到這裏來。又對那無知的人說，
Whoever is simple, let him turn in here; And as for him who lacks sense, she says to him,
9:17
偷來的水是甜的，暗得的餅是好的。
Stolen waters are sweet, And bread gotten in secret is pleasant.
9:18
人卻不知有陰魂在她那裏，她的客人在陰間的深處。
But he does not know that the dead are there, That her guests are in the depths of Sheol.

哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 16:1-24
16:1
關於為聖徒收集饋送，我從前怎樣吩咐加拉太的眾召會，你們也當怎樣行。
Now concerning the collection for the saints, just as I directed the churches of Galatia, so you also do.
16:2
每逢七日的第一日，你們各人要照所得的昌盛，拿出來儲存著，免得我來的時候纔收集。
On the first day of the week each one of you should lay aside in store to himself whatever he may have been prospered, that no collections be made when I come.
16:3
及至我來到，你們稱許誰，我就打發他們帶著信，把你們的餽送送到耶路撒冷去；
And when I arrive, whomever you approve, I will send them with letters to carry your gift to Jerusalem;
16:4
若我去也合式，他們可以和我同去。
And if it is fitting for me also to go, they will go with me.
16:5
因為我正要經過馬其頓，經過了，就要到你們那裏去，
Now I will come to you when I pass through Macedonia, for I will pass through Macedonia.
16:6
或許和你們同住幾時，或者也過冬，以便我無論往那裏去，你們都可以給我送行。
And perhaps I will stay with you, or even spend the winter, that you may send me forward wherever I may go.
16:7
我不願意只是路過見你們，主若許，我指望和你們同住幾時。
For I do not wish to see you now just in passing, for I am hoping to remain with you for some time, if the Lord permits.
16:8
但我要仍舊住在以弗所，直到五旬節，
But I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost,
16:9
因為有寬大又有功效的門為我開了，並且反對的人也多。
For a door is opened to me, great and efficacious, and there are many opposers.
16:10
若是提摩太來到，你們要留心，叫他在你們那裏無所懼怕，因為他作主的工像我一樣。
Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without fear; for he is working the work of the Lord, even as I am.
16:11
所以無論誰，都不可藐視他。但你們要送他平安前行，使他可以到我這裏來，因我正等待他和弟兄們同來。
Let no one therefore despise him, but send him forward in peace that he may come to me; for I am awaiting him with the brothers.
16:12
至於亞波羅弟兄，我再三的勸他，要同弟兄們到你們那裏去；但現在他絕不願意去，幾時有了機會他必去。
And concerning our brother Apollos, I urged him many times to come to you with the brothers; yet it was not at all his desire to come now, but he will come when he has opportunity.
16:13
你們要儆醒，在信仰上站立得住，要作大丈夫，要剛強。
Watch, stand firm in the faith, be full-grown men, be strong.
16:14
凡事你們都要在愛裏作。
Let all your matters be done in love.
16:15
弟兄們，你們曉得司提反一家，是亞該亞初結的果子，並且他們委身服事聖徒；
Now I exhort you, brothers: You know the household of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and they have set themselves to minister to the saints;
16:16
我勸你們也服從這樣的人，並一切同工同勞的人。
You also be subject to such ones, and to everyone co-working and laboring.
16:17
我因司提反和福徒拿都並亞該古的來臨而喜樂，因為你們的不在所致使的短缺，他們都補足了，
Now I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because these have filled up the lack caused by your absence;
16:18
他們使我和你們的靈都暢快。這樣的人你們務要賞識。
For they refreshed my spirit and yours. Acknowledge therefore such ones.
16:19
亞西亞的眾召會問你們安。亞居拉和百基拉，並在他們家中的召會，在主裏多多的問你們安。
The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Prisca greet you much in the Lord, with the church, which is in their house.
16:20
眾弟兄都問你們安。你們要用聖別的親嘴彼此問安。
All the brothers greet you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.
16:21
我保羅親筆問安。
The greeting in my own hand -- Paul.
16:22
若有人不愛主，他就是可咒可詛的。主來了！
If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be accursed! The Lord comes!
16:23
願主耶穌的恩，與你們同在。
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
16:24
我在基督耶穌裏的愛，與你們眾人同在。
My love in Christ Jesus be with you all.
