詩篇 Psalms 21：1- 25：22
21:1
耶和華阿，王因你的能力喜樂；他因你的救恩，何其歡騰。
O Jehovah, in Your strength the king rejoices, And in Your salvation how greatly does he exult.
21:2
他心裏所願的，你已經賜給他；他嘴脣所求的，你未嘗不應允。 細拉
You have given him his heart's desire And have not withheld the request of his lips.
21:3
你以美福迎接他，把精金的冠冕戴在他頭上。
For You meet him with blessings of goodness; You have set a crown of refined gold on his head.
21:4
他向你求壽，你便賜給他，就是日子長久，直到永遠。
He asked life of You; You granted it to him: Length of days forever and ever.
21:5
他因你的救恩大有榮耀；你將尊榮威嚴加在他身上；
His glory is great in Your salvation; You have laid majesty and splendor upon him;
21:6
你使他有洪福，直到永遠；又使他在你面前歡喜快樂。
For You have made him to be blessings forever; You have made him glad with rejoicing in Your presence.
21:7
王信靠耶和華；因至高者的慈愛，他必不搖動。
For the king trusts in Jehovah; And because of the lovingkindness of the Most High, he is not shaken.
21:8
你的手要搜出你的一切仇敵；你的右手要搜出那些恨你的人。
Your hand finds all Your enemies; Your right hand finds those who hate You.
21:9
你面光顯現的時候，要使他們如在炎熱的火爐中；耶和華要在祂的怒中吞滅他們，火要把他們燒盡了。
You make them like a furnace of fire When Your presence appears. Jehovah swallows them in His anger, And fire devours them.
21:10
你必從地上滅絕他們的子孫，從世人中間滅絕他們的後裔。
You destroy their fruit from the earth, And their seed from among the sons of men.
21:11
因為他們有意加害於你；他們想出計謀，卻不能成功。
Although they intend evil against You, And they think up a scheme, they will not prevail.
21:12
你必使他們轉背逃跑；你對準他們的臉，搭箭在弦。
For You make them turn their back; You aim with Your bowstrings at their faces.
21:13
耶和華阿，願你因自己的能力得高舉；我們就唱詩，歌頌你的大能。
Be exalted, O Jehovah, in Your strength; We will sing and psalm Your might.
22:1
我的神，我的神，你為甚麼棄絕我？為甚麼遠離不救我，不聽我唉哼的言語？
My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Why are You so far from saving me, From the words of my groaning?
22:2
我的神阿，我白日呼求，你不應允；夜間呼求，也得不著安寧。
O my God, I call out in the day, but You do not answer; And in the night, but there is no rest for me.
22:3
但你是聖別的，是用以色列的讚美為寶座的。
But You are holy, You who sit enthroned Upon the praises of Israel.
22:4
我們的祖宗信靠你；他們信靠你，你便解救他們。
In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You rescued them.
22:5
他們哀求你，便蒙解救；他們信靠你，就不羞愧。
To You they cried out and were delivered; In You they trusted and were not put to shame.
22:6
但我是蟲，不是人，是眾人所羞辱，百姓所藐視的。
But I am a worm and not a man, A reproach of men and one despised by the people.
22:7
凡看見我的都嗤笑我；他們撇嘴搖頭，說，
All who see me deride me; They sneer at me; they shake their heads, saying,
22:8
他把自己交託耶和華，耶和華可以救護他罷；耶和華既喜悅他，可以搭救他罷。
He committed himself to Jehovah; let Him rescue him; Let Him deliver him since He takes pleasure in him.
22:9
但你是叫我出母腹的；我在母懷裏，你就使我有倚靠的心。
But You are the One who drew me forth from the womb, Who made me trust while at my mother's breasts.
22:10
我從母胎裏就被交託給你；從我母腹中，你就是我的神。
I was cast upon You from birth; From my mother's womb You have been my God.
22:11
求你不要遠離我，因為患難臨近了，沒有人幫助我。
Do not be far from me, For trouble is near, For there is none to help me.
22:12
有許多公牛圍繞我；巴珊大力的公牛包圍我。
Many bulls surround me; The mighty bulls of Bashan encompass me.
22:13
他們向我張口，好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
They open their mouth at me, Like a ravening and roaring lion.
22:14
我如水被倒出來，我的骨頭都脫了節。我的心如蠟，在我裏面融化。
I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.
22:15
我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片，我的舌頭貼在牙床上；你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
My strength is dried up like a shard, And my tongue is stuck to my jaws; You have put me in the dust of death.
22:16
犬類圍著我；惡黨環繞我；他們扎了我的手，我的腳。
For dogs surround me; A company of evildoers encloses me; They pierce my hands and feet.
22:17
我的骨頭，我都能數算；他們瞪著眼看我。
I count all my bones; They look, they stare at me.
22:18
他們分了我的外衣，又為我的衣服拈鬮。
They divide my garments to themselves, And for my clothing they cast lots.
22:19
耶和華阿，求你不要遠離我；我的幫助阿，求你快來援助我。
But You, O Jehovah, be not far off; O my help, hasten to aid me.
22:20
求你救我的魂脫離刀劍，救我寶貴的生命脫離犬類的爪；
Deliver my soul from the sword, My precious life from the power of the dog;
22:21
救我脫離獅子的口；求你應允我，使我脫離野牛的角。
Save me from the mouth of the lion; Indeed while I am in the horns of wild oxen, answer me.
22:22
我要向我的弟兄宣告你的名；在會中我要讚美你。
I will declare Your name to my brothers; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.
22:23
你們敬畏耶和華的人，要讚美祂！你們雅各的後裔，都要榮耀祂！你們以色列的後裔，都要畏懼祂！
You who fear Jehovah, praise Him! All you seed of Jacob, glorify Him! And stand in awe of Him, all you seed of Israel!
22:24
因為祂沒有輕看、厭惡受苦之人的苦難；也沒有向他掩面；那受苦之人向祂呼求的時候，祂就垂聽。
For He has not despised nor detested The affliction of him who is afflicted; And He has not hidden His face from him; But when he cried out to Him, He heard.
22:25
我在大會中讚美你的話，是從你而來的；我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的願。
From You comes my praise in the great assembly; My vows will I pay before those who fear Him.
22:26
卑微的人必喫得飽足；尋求耶和華的人必讚美祂－願你們的心永遠活著！
The lowly will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek after Jehovah will praise Him-May your hearts live forever!
22:27
地的四極都要想念耶和華，並且歸向祂；列國的萬族，都要在你面前敬拜。
All the ends of the earth Will remember and return to Jehovah, And all families of the nations Will worship before You;
22:28
因為國度是耶和華的，祂在列國中掌權。
For the kingdom is Jehovah's, And He rules among the nations.
22:29
地上一切豐肥的人，必喫喝而敬拜。凡下到塵土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在祂面前下拜。
All the flourishing of the earth Will eat and worship. All who go down into the dust will bow down before Him, Even he who does not keep his soul alive.
22:30
必有後裔事奉祂；主的事必傳述與後代。
A seed will serve Him; That which concerns the Lord will be told to a coming generation.
22:31
他們必來把祂的公義傳給將要生的民，言明這是祂所行的。
They will come and declare His righteousness To a people yet to be born, that He has done this.
23:1
耶和華是我的牧者；我必不至缺乏。
Jehovah is my Shepherd; I will lack nothing.
23:2
祂使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊。
He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside waters of rest.
23:3
祂使我的魂甦醒，為自己的名引導我走義路。
He restores my soul; He guides me on the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
23:4
我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因為你與我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。
Even though I walk Through the valley of the shadow of death, I do not fear evil, For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, They comfort me.
23:5
在我敵人面前，你為我擺設筵席；你用油膏了我的頭，使我的福杯滿溢。
You spread a table before me In the presence of my adversaries; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.
23:6
我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我，我且要住在耶和華的殿中，直到永遠。
Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me All the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah For the length of my days.
24:1
地和其中所充滿的，世界和住在其間的，都屬耶和華。
The earth is Jehovah's, and its fullness, The habitable land and those who dwell in it.
24:2
祂把地奠定在海上，堅立在江河之上。
For it is He who founded it upon the seas And established it upon the streams.
24:3
誰能登耶和華的山，誰能站在祂的聖所？
Who may ascend the mountain of Jehovah, And who may stand in His holy place?
24:4
就是手潔心清，魂不仰慕虛妄，不詭詐起誓的人。
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood Or sworn deceitfully.
24:5
他必從耶和華得著祝福，又從救他的神得著公義。
He will receive blessing from Jehovah, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
24:6
這是尋求耶和華的族類，是尋求你面的雅各。 細拉
This is the generation of those who seek Him, Those who seek Your face, even Jacob.
24:7
眾城門哪，你們要抬起頭來；永久的門戶阿，你們要被舉起；榮耀的王將要進來。
Lift up your heads, O gates; And be lifted up, O long enduring doors; And the King of glory will come in.
24:8
那榮耀的王是誰呢？就是剛強大能的耶和華，在爭戰中有大能的耶和華！
Who is the King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty! Jehovah mighty in battle!
24:9
眾城門哪，你們要抬起頭來；永久的門戶阿，你們要把頭抬起；榮耀的王將要進來。
Lift up your heads, O gates; And lift up, O long enduring doors; And the King of glory will come in.
24:10
那榮耀的王是誰呢？萬軍之耶和華－祂是榮耀的王！ 細拉
Who is this King of glory? Jehovah of hosts-He is the King of glory!
25:1
耶和華阿，我的魂仰望你。
To You, O Jehovah, I lift up my soul.
25:2
我的神阿，我素來信靠你；求你不要叫我羞愧；不要叫我的仇敵向我誇勝。
O my God, I trust in You; Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies exult over me.
25:3
凡等候你的必不羞愧；惟有那無故行奸詐的，必要羞愧。
Indeed may all who wait on You not be ashamed; May those who deal treacherously without cause be ashamed.
25:4
耶和華阿，求你將你的道路指示我，將你的路徑教訓我。
Make Your ways known to me, O Jehovah; Teach me Your paths.
25:5
求你以你的真理引導我，教訓我；因為你是救我的神；我終日等候你。
Guide me in Your truth, and teach me; For You are the God of my salvation; I wait on You all the day long.
25:6
耶和華阿，求你記念你的憐恤和慈愛，因為這是亙古以來所常有的。
Remember Your compassions, O Jehovah, And Your acts of kindness, for they are from of old.
25:7
求你不要記念我幼年的罪行，和我的過犯；耶和華阿，求你因你的良善，按你的慈愛記念我。
The sins of my youth and my transgressions, do not remember; According to Your lovingkindness, remember me, For the sake of Your goodness, O Jehovah.
25:8
耶和華是良善正直的；所以祂必指示罪人當行的路。
Jehovah is good and upright; Therefore He instructs sinners concerning the way.
25:9
祂必按公理引領卑微的人，將祂的道路教訓他們。
He guides the lowly in justice And teaches the lowly His way.
25:10
對遵守祂的約和祂法度的人，耶和華所行的都是慈愛和真實。
All the paths of Jehovah are lovingkindness and truth To those who observe His covenant and His testimonies.
25:11
耶和華阿，求你因你的名赦免我的罪孽，因為我的罪孽重大。
For the sake of Your name, O Jehovah, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
25:12
誰是敬畏耶和華的人？耶和華必指示他當選擇的道路。
Who then is the man who fears Jehovah? Him will He instruct concerning the way that he should choose.
25:13
他的魂必居住在福樂中；他的後裔必承受地土。
His soul will dwell in prosperity, And his seed will possess the land.
25:14
耶和華親密的指教敬畏祂的人；祂必使他們得知祂的約。
The intimate counsel of Jehovah is to those who fear Him, And His covenant will He make known to them.
25:15
我的眼目時常仰望耶和華，因為祂必將我的腳從網里拉出來。
My eyes are continually turned to Jehovah, For He will bring my feet out of the net.
25:16
求你轉向我，恩待我，因為我孤獨困苦。
Turn toward me, and be gracious to me, For I am alone and afflicted.
25:17
求你解除我心裏的愁苦，救我脫離我的禍患。
Relieve the troubles of my heart, And bring me out of my distresses.
25:18
求你看顧我的困苦和我的患難，赦免我一切的罪。
Look on my affliction and my suffering, And forgive all my sins.
25:19
求你察看我的仇敵，因為他們人多；並且他們兇暴的痛恨我。
Look on my enemies, for they are many; Indeed they hate me with a violent hatred.
25:20
求你保守我的性命，搭救我；不要讓我羞愧，因為我投奔於你。
Keep my soul, and deliver me; Do not let me be put to shame, For I take refuge in You.
25:21
願純全正直保守我，因為我等候你。
May integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait on You.
25:22
神阿，求你救贖以色列脫離他一切的愁苦。
Redeem Israel, O God, Out of all his troubles.
新約 New Testament
羅馬書 Romans 7：1-25
7:1
弟兄們，我現在對明白律法的人說，你們豈不知律法作主管轄人，是在他活著的時候麼？
Or are you ignorant, brothers (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law lords it over the man as long as he lives?
7:2
女人有了丈夫，丈夫還活著，就受律法約束，歸與丈夫；丈夫若死了，就脫離了丈夫的律法。
For the married woman is bound by the law to her husband while he is living; but if the husband dies, she is discharged from the law regarding the husband.
7:3
所以，丈夫活著，她若歸與別的男人，便叫淫婦；丈夫若死了，她就脫離了那律法，雖然歸與別的男人，也不是淫婦。
So then if, while the husband is living, she is joined to another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if the husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is not an adulteress, though she is joined to another man.
7:4
我的弟兄們，這樣說來，你們藉著基督的身體，向著律法也已經是死的了，叫你們歸與別人，就是歸與那從死人中復活的，使我們結果子給神。
So then, my brothers, you also have been made dead to the law through the body of Christ so that you might be joined to another, to Him who has been raised from the dead, that we might bear fruit to God.
7:5
因為我們在肉體中的時候，那藉著律法活動的罪欲，就在我們肢體中發動，以致結果子給死。
For when we were in the flesh, the passions for sins, which acted through the law, operated in our members to bear fruit to death.
7:6
但我們既然在捆我們的律法上死了，現今就脫離了律法，叫我們在靈的新樣裏服事，不在字句的舊樣裏。
But now we have been discharged from the law, having died to that in which we were held, so that we serve in newness of spirit and not in oldness of letter.
7:7
這樣，我們可說甚麽？律法是罪麼？絕對不是！只是非藉律法，我就不知何為罪；非律法說，“不可起貪心，”我就不知何為貪心。
What then shall we say? Is the law sin? Absolutely not! But I did not know sin except through the law; for neither did I know coveting, except the law had said, "You shall not covet."
7:8
然而罪藉著誡命得著機會，叫諸般的貪心在我裏面發動，因為沒有律法，罪是死的。
But sin, seizing the opportunity through the commandment, worked out in me coveting of every kind; for without the law sin is dead.
7:9
我以前沒有律法是活著的，但是誡命來到，罪又活了，我就死了。
And I was alive without the law once; but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died.
7:10
那本來叫人得生命的誡命，反倒成了叫我死的；
And the commandment, which was unto life, this very commandment was found to me to be unto death.
7:11
因為罪藉著誡命得著機會，誘騙了我，並且藉著誡命殺了我。
For sin, seizing the opportunity through the commandment, deceived me and through it killed me.
7:12
這樣看來，律法是聖的，誡命也是聖的、義的並善的。
So then the law is holy, and the commandment holy and righteous and good.
7:13
這樣，那善的是叫我死麼？絕對不是！然而罪為要顯出真是罪，就藉著那善的叫我死，使罪藉著誡命成為極其罪惡的。
Did then that which is good become death to me? Absolutely not! But sin did, that it might be shown to be sin by working out death in me through that which is good, that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.
7:14
我們原曉得律法是屬靈的，但我是屬肉的，是已經賣給罪了。
For we know that the law is spiritual; but I am fleshy, sold under sin.
7:15
因為我所行出來的，我不認可；我所願意的，我並不作；我所恨惡的，我倒去作。
For what I work out, I do not acknowledge; for what I will, this I do not practice; but what I hate, this I do.
7:16
若我所作的，是我所不願意的，我就同意律法是善的。
But if what I do not will, this I do, I agree with the law that it is good.
7:17
其實，不是我行出來的，乃是住在我裏面的罪行出來的。
Now then it is no longer I that work it out but sin that dwells in me.
7:18
我知道住在我裏面，就是我肉體之中，並沒有善，因為立志為善由得我，只是行出來由不得我。
For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but to work out the good is not.
7:19
因為我所願意的善，我反不作；我所不願意的惡，我倒去作。
For I do not do the good which I will; but the evil which I do not will, this I practice.
7:20
若我去作所不願意的，就不是我行出來的，乃是住在我裏面的罪行出來的。
But if what I do not will, this I do, it is no longer I that work it out but sin that dwells in me.
7:21
於是我發現那律與我這願意為善的人同在，就是那惡與我同在。
I find then the law with me who wills to do the good, that is, the evil is present with me.
7:22
因為按著裏面的人，我是喜歡神的律，
For I delight in the law of God according to the inner man,
7:23
但我看出我肢體中另有個律，和我心思的律交戰，藉著那在我肢體中罪的律，把我擄去。
But I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind and making me a captive to the law of sin which is in my members.
7:24
我是個苦惱的人！誰要救我脫離那屬這死的身體？
Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from the body of this death?
7:25
感謝神，藉著我們的主耶穌基督！這樣看來，我自己用心思服事神的律，卻用肉體服事罪的律。
Thanks be to God, through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh, the law of sin.
