耶利米書 Jeremiah 31:1-31:40
31:1
耶和華說，那時我必作以色列各家族的神，他們必作我的子民。
At that time, declares Jehovah, I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be My people.
31:2
耶和華如此說，脫離刀劍的民，就是以色列人，當我去使他享安息的時候，他在曠野蒙了恩眷。
Thus says Jehovah, The people who survived the sword Found favor in the wilderness-Even Israel, when I went to give him rest.
31:3
耶和華從遠方向我顯現，說，我以永遠的愛愛了你，因此我以慈愛吸引了你。
Jehovah appeared to me from afar, saying, Indeed I have loved you with an eternal love, Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.
31:4
以色列的處女阿，我要再建造你，你就被建造；你必再以自己的鼓為妝飾，與歡笑的人一同跳舞而出。
I will build you again, and you will be built, O virgin of Israel. Again you will adorn yourself with your tambourines And will go forth in the dance of those who make merry.
31:5
你必再在撒瑪利亞的山上，栽種葡萄園；栽種的人要栽種並享用所結的果子。
Again you will plant vineyards On the mountains of Samaria; The planters will plant And will partake of the fruit.
31:6
日子必到，在以法蓮山地守望的人，必呼叫說，起來罷，我們可以上錫安，到耶和華我們的神那裏去。
For there will be a day when watchmen call out In the hill country of Ephraim, Saying, Arise and let us go up to Zion, To Jehovah our God.
31:7
因為耶和華如此說，你們當為雅各喜樂歡呼，向萬國中為首的呼喊；當傳揚頌讚，說，耶和華阿，求你拯救你的百姓，就是以色列所餘剩的人。
For thus says Jehovah, Give a ringing shout with joy for Jacob, And cry out at the head of the nations; Announce, praise, and say, O Jehovah, save Your people, The remnant of Israel.
31:8
我必將他們從北方之地領來，從地極招聚，在他們中間有瞎子、瘸子、孕婦和產婦，他們必成為大群回到這裏來。
I will bring them From the land of the north, And I will gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, The blind and the lame among them, The pregnant woman and she who is travailing together, A great assembly; they will return here.
31:9
他們要哭泣而來，我要照他們的懇求引導他們，使他們在溪水旁走正直的路，在其上不至絆跌；因為我是以色列的父，以法蓮是我的長子。
They will come with weeping, And with supplications I will lead them. I will cause them to walk by the waterbrooks In a straight way, in which they will not stumble; For I am a Father to Israel, And Ephraim is My firstborn.
31:10
列國阿，要聽耶和華的話，傳揚在遠處的眾海島，說，趕散以色列的必招聚他，又看守他，好像牧人看守羊群。
Hear the word of Jehovah, O nations, And declare in the coastlands from afar, And say, He who scattered Israel will gather him And keep him, as a shepherd his flock.
31:11
因為耶和華救贖了雅各，拯救他脫離比他更強之人的手。
For Jehovah has ransomed Jacob And redeemed him from the hand of one stronger than he.
31:12
他們要來到錫安的高處歌唱，又湧向耶和華的美福，就是五穀、新酒、新油、羊羔和牛犢；他們的心必像澆灌的園子，他們也不再有一點愁煩。
And they will come and sing in the height of Zion, And they will flow forth to the goodness of Jehovah-To the grain and to the new wine and to the fresh oil And to the young of the flock and of the herd; And their soul will be like a watered garden, And they will not languish any more.
31:13
那時處女必喜樂跳舞，年少的、年老的也必一同喜樂；我要使他們的悲哀轉為歡喜，並要安慰他們，使他們的憂愁轉為快樂。
Then the virgin will rejoice in the dance, And the young men and the old men together, And I will turn their mourning to gladness And comfort them and cause them to rejoice after their sorrow.
31:14
我必以肥油使祭司的心滿足，我的百姓也要因我的美福飽足；這是耶和華說的。
And I will fill the soul of the priests with abundance, And My people will be satisfied with My goodness, Declares Jehovah.
31:15
耶和華如此說，在拉瑪聽見號咷痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她的兒女，不肯受安慰，因為他們都不在了。
Thus says Jehovah, A voice is heard in Ramah, A wailing, a very bitter weeping. Rachel is weeping for her children; She refuses to be comforted for her children, Because they are no more.
31:16
耶和華如此說，你禁止聲音不要哀哭，止住眼目不要流淚，因你所作的工，必有賞賜；他們必從敵人之地歸回；這是耶和華說的。
Thus says Jehovah, Hold back your voice from weeping And your eyes from tears; For there is a reward for your work, declares Jehovah; And they will return from the land of the enemy.
31:17
耶和華說，你末後必有指望，你的兒女必回到自己的境界。
And there is hope for your latter end, declares Jehovah, That your children will return to their own border.
31:18
我聽見以法蓮悲歎，說，你懲治我，我便受懲治，像未馴的牛犢一樣；求你使我回轉，我便回轉，因為你是耶和華我的神。
Indeed I have heard Ephraim lamenting, You have chastised me, and I was chastised, Like an untrained calf; Bring me back that I may be restored, For You are Jehovah my God.
31:19
我回轉以後就悔改，受教以後就拍腿歎息。我因擔當幼年的恥辱，就抱愧蒙羞。
For after I turned back, I repented; And after I was instructed, I struck myself on the thigh. I was ashamed and even confounded, For I bear the reproach of my youth.
31:20
耶和華說，以法蓮是我寶貴的兒子麼？是可喜悅的孩子麼？我每逢責備他，仍深顧念他；所以我的心腸為他哀痛，我必要憐恤他。
Is Ephraim a precious son to Me? Or a child of My good pleasure? For as often as I speak against him, I surely remember him more; Therefore My bowels moan for him; I will surely have mercy on him, declares Jehovah.
31:21
以色列的處女阿，你當為自己設立指路碑，立起路標柱，你要留心向大路，就是你走過的原路；你當回轉，回轉到你這些城邑。
Set up road markers for yourself; Make signposts for yourself; Pay attention to the highway, The way you went; Return, O virgin of Israel; Return to these cities of yours.
31:22
背道的女子阿，你四處流離要到幾時呢？耶和華在地上創作了一件新事，就是女子圍護男子。
How long will you wander here and there, O apostate daughter? For Jehovah has created a new thing in the earth: A female will encompass a mighty man.
31:23
萬軍之耶和華以色列的神如此說，我使被擄之人歸回的時候，他們在猶大地和其中的城邑，必再這樣說，公義的居所阿，聖別的山嶺阿，願耶和華賜福與你。
Thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Once more they will say this word in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I turn again their captivity, Jehovah bless you, O habitation of righteousness, O mountain of holiness.
31:24
猶大和屬猶大城邑的人、農夫、和遊牧的人，要一同住在其中。
And Judah and all its cities will dwell together in it, the farmers and they who wander with the flocks.
31:25
疲乏的人，我使他飽足；衰頹的人，我使他滿足。
For I have satisfied the weary soul and filled every languishing soul.
31:26
這時我醒了，我一看，覺得睡得香甜。
At this I awoke and looked, and my sleep was pleasant to me.
31:27
耶和華說，日子將到，我要把人的種和牲畜的種，播種在以色列家和猶大家。
Indeed, days are coming, declares Jehovah, when I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and with the seed of beast.
31:28
我先前怎樣留意將他們拔出、拆毀、毀壞、傾覆、苦害，也必照樣留意將他們建立、栽植；這是耶和華說的。
And as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to bring evil, so I will watch over them to build and to plant, declares Jehovah.
31:29
當那些日子，人不再說，父親喫了酸葡萄，兒子的牙酸壞了；
In those days they will no longer say, The fathers eat sour grapes, And the children's teeth are set on edge.
31:30
但各人必因自己的罪孽死亡，凡喫酸葡萄的，自己的牙必酸壞。
For everyone will die for his own iniquity; every man who eats sour grapes; his own teeth will be set on edge.
31:31
耶和華說，日子將到，我要與以色列家和猶大家，另立新約，
Indeed, days are coming, declares Jehovah, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,
31:32
不像我拉著他們祖宗的手，領他們出埃及地的時候，與他們所立的約；我雖是他們的丈夫，他們卻背了我的約；這是耶和華說的。
Not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by their hand to bring them out from the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was their Husband, declares Jehovah.
31:33
耶和華說，那些日子以後，我與以色列家所立的約，乃是這樣：我要將我的律法放在他們裏面，寫在他們心上；我要作他們的神，他們要作我的子民。
But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares Jehovah: I will put My law within them and write it upon their hearts; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.
31:34
他們各人不再教導自己的鄰舍和自己的弟兄，說，你該認識耶和華；因為他們從最小的到至大的，都必認識我，因為我要赦免他們的罪孽，不再記念他們的罪；這是耶和華說的。
And they will no longer teach, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for all of them will know Me, from the little one among them even to the great one among them, declares Jehovah, for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.
31:35
那使太陽在白日發光，使月亮星宿按定例在黑夜發亮，又攪動大海，使海中波浪匉訇的，萬軍之耶和華是祂的名，祂如此說，
Thus says Jehovah, Who gives the sun for light by day And the order of the moon and the stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar-Jehovah of hosts is His name -
31:36
這些定例若能在我面前廢掉，以色列的後裔也就在我面前斷絕，永遠不再成國；這是耶和華說的。
If this order departs From before Me, declares Jehovah, Then the seed of Israel will also cease From being a nation before Me forever.
31:37
耶和華如此說，人若能測量在上的諸天，若能探察在下的地基，我也就因以色列後裔一切所行的棄絕他們；這是耶和華說的。
Thus says Jehovah, If the heavens above can be measured, And the foundations of the earth below can be examined carefully, Then I will also cast off all the seed of Israel For all they have done, declares Jehovah.
31:38
耶和華說，日子將到，這城必建造歸於耶和華，從哈楠業樓，直到角門。
Indeed, days are coming, declares Jehovah, when the city will be built unto Jehovah from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate.
31:39
準繩要往外量出，直到迦立山，又轉到歌亞。
And the measuring line will go out even further beyond it to the hill of Gareb and will turn toward Goah.
31:40
拋屍和倒灰的全山谷，並一切田地，直到汲淪溪，又直到東方馬門的拐角，都要歸耶和華為聖，不再拔出，不再傾覆，直到永遠。
And the whole valley of corpses and of fatty ashes and all the fields as far as the brook of Kidron unto the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east will be holy to Jehovah; it will not be uprooted or torn down any more forever.
新約New Testament：
提多書 Titus 1:1-16
1:1
照著神選民的信仰，與合乎敬虔之真理的知識，
Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ according to the faith of God's chosen ones and the full knowledge of the truth, which is according to godliness,
1:2
根據永遠生命的盼望，（就是那不能說謊的神，在歷世之前所應許，
In the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the times of the ages
1:3
到了適當的時期，藉著那按我們救主神的命令所託付我傳揚的福音，將祂的話顯明出來的，）作神的奴僕、並耶穌基督使徒的保羅，
But in its own times manifested His word in the proclamation with which I was entrusted according to the command of our Savior God;
1:4
寫信給照著共同的信仰，作我真孩子的提多：願恩典與平安，從父神和我們的救主基督耶穌歸與你。
To Titus, genuine child according to the common faith: Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.
1:5
我從前留你在革哩底，是要你將我所未辦完的事辦理妥當，又照我所吩咐你的，在各城設立長老。
For this cause I left you in Crete, that you might set in order the things which I have begun that remain and appoint elders in every city, as I directed you:
1:6
若有人無可指責，只作一個妻子的丈夫，兒女是信主的，沒有人告他們是放蕩、或不服約束的，就可以設立。
If anyone is unreprovable, the husband of one wife, having believing children not accused of dissoluteness or unruly.
1:7
因為監督是神的管家，必須無可指責，不任性，不暴躁，不醉酒滋事，不打人，不貪卑鄙的利益；
For the overseer must be unreprovable as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick tempered, not an excessive drinker, not a striker, not greedy for base gain;
1:8
卻樂意待客，喜愛良善，清明自守，義、聖、節制；
But hospitable, a lover of good, of a sober mind, righteous, holy, self-controlled;
1:9
堅守那按照使徒教訓可信靠的話，好能用健康的教訓勸勉人，又能使那些反對的人知罪自責。
Holding to the faithful word, which is according to the teaching of the apostles, that he may be able both to exhort by the healthy teaching and to convict those who oppose.
1:10
因為有許多人不服約束，說虛空的話，欺哄人，那些奉割禮的人更是這樣，
For there are many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision,
1:11
這些人的口必須堵住；他們為了卑鄙的利益，將不當教導的事教導人，就傾覆了人的全家。
Whose mouths must be stopped, who overthrow whole households, teaching things for the sake of base gain, which they ought not to do.
1:12
有革哩底人中間的一位，就是他們自己的申言者，曾說，革哩底人常是說謊的，乃是惡獸，又饞又懶。
One from among themselves, a prophet of their own, said, Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, idle gluttons.
1:13
這個見證是真的；為這緣故，你要嚴厲的責備他們，使他們在信仰上健康，
This testimony is true; for which cause reprove them severely that they may be healthy in the faith,
1:14
不注意猶太人虛構無稽之事，和轉離真理之人的誡命。
Not paying attention to Jewish myths and the commandments of men who turn away from the truth.
1:15
對潔淨的人，凡物都潔淨；但對污穢不信的人，甚麼都不潔淨，反而連他們的心思和良心，也都污穢了。
All things are pure to the pure; yet to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.
1:16
他們自稱認識神，卻在行為上否認祂，本是可憎惡的、悖逆的，在各樣善事上是不蒙稱許的。
They profess to know God, but by their works they deny Him, being abominable and disobedient and, as to every good work, disapproved.
