詩篇 Psalms 31：1-33：22
31:1
耶和華阿，我投靠你；求你使我永不羞愧。求你憑你的公義搭救我。
In You, O Jehovah, do I take refuge; Never let me be put to shame. Rescue me in Your righteousness.
31:2
求你向我側耳，快快救我。求你作護衛我的磐石，作拯救我的山寨。
Incline Your ear to me; Deliver me speedily. Be to me a rock of protection, A fortress, to save me.
31:3
因為你是我的岩石，我的山寨；所以求你為你名的緣故，引導我，引領我。
For You are my crag and my fortress; Therefore for Your name's sake Lead me and guide me.
31:4
求你救我脫離人為我暗設的網羅，因為你是我的保障。
Bring me out of the net That they have secretly laid for me, For You are my protection.
31:5
我將我的靈交在你手裏；耶和華真實的神阿，求你救贖我。
Into Your hand I commit my spirit; Redeem me, O Jehovah, God of truth.
31:6
我恨惡那尊奉虛無不實之神的人，但我信靠耶和華。
I hate those who regard vanities of falsehood, But I trust in Jehovah.
31:7
我要因你的慈愛歡騰喜樂，因為你已經看見我的困苦，知道我魂中的艱難。
I will exult and rejoice in Your lovingkindness, Since You have seen my affliction; You know the distress of my soul.
31:8
你未曾把我交在仇敵手裏；你使我的腳站在寬闊之處。
And You have not delivered me into the hand of the enemy; You have made my feet stand in a place broad and free.
31:9
耶和華阿，求你恩待我，因為我在急難之中。我的眼睛因憂愁而乾癟，連我的魂與身子，也都衰殘。
Be gracious to me, O Jehovah, for I am in distress. My eye is wasted away with grief, Indeed my soul and body.
31:10
我的生命在愁苦中耗盡，我的年歲在歎息裏曠廢。我的力量因我的罪孽衰敗，我的骨頭也枯乾。
For my life has been consumed in sorrow, And my years, in sighing. My strength fails because of my iniquity, And my bones have wasted away.
31:11
我因一切敵人成了淩辱的對象，在鄰舍跟前更是這樣；那認識我的都懼怕我；在街上看見我的都躲避我。
Because of all my adversaries, I have become a reproach, And especially so to my neighbors, And something dreaded to my acquaintances; Those who see me on the street flee from me.
31:12
我被忘記，如同死人，無人思念；我好像毀壞的器皿。
I am forgotten, like a dead man out of mind; I am like a destroyed vessel.
31:13
我聽見了許多人的讒謗；四圍都是驚嚇。他們一同商議攻擊我的時候，就圖謀要害我的性命。
For I hear the slander of many; Terror is on every side. When they take counsel together against me, They scheme to take my life.
31:14
耶和華阿，我仍舊信靠你；我說，你是我的神。
But I trust in You, O Jehovah; I say, You are my God.
31:15
我一生的事在你手中；求你救我脫離仇敵的手，和那些追逼我的人。
My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who pursue me.
31:16
求你使你的臉光照僕人，憑你的慈愛拯救我。
Cause Your face to shine upon Your servant; Save me in Your lovingkindness.
31:17
耶和華阿，我呼求你的時候，求你叫我不至羞愧；求你使惡人羞愧，使他們在陰間靜默無聲。
O Jehovah, do not let me be put to shame when I call out to You; Let the wicked be put to shame; let them be silent in Sheol.
31:18
那逞驕傲輕慢，出狂妄的話攻擊義人的，願他虛妄的嘴啞而無言。
Let the lips of falsehood be made dumb, Which speak arrogantly against the righteous With pride and contempt.
31:19
你的美善，就是你為敬畏你的人所積存的，並你為投靠你的人，在世人面前所施行的，是何等大呢！
How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, Which You have accomplished in the sight of the sons of men For those who take refuge in You!
31:20
你必把他們藏在你面前的隱密處，免得遇見人的計謀；你必將他們隱藏在遮蔽處，免受口舌的爭鬧。
You hide them in the hiding place of Your presence Apart from the conspiracies of men; You lay them away secretly in a shelter Apart from the contention of tongues.
31:21
耶和華是當受頌讚的，因為祂在堅固城裏，奇妙的向我施展祂的慈愛。
Blessed be Jehovah, For He displayed His lovingkindness wondrously To me in a fortified city.
31:22
至於我，我曾驚惶的說，我從你眼前被隔絕；然而，我呼求你的時候，你仍聽我懇求的聲音。
I, on my part, had said in my alarm, I am cut off before Your eyes; But instead You heard The voice of my supplications When I cried out to You.
31:23
耶和華的聖民哪，你們都要愛祂；耶和華護衛忠信的人，足足報應行事驕傲的人。
Love Jehovah, all you who are His faithful ones; Jehovah guards the trustworthy, And recompenses abundantly Him who acts haughtily.
31:24
凡仰望耶和華的人，你們都要壯膽，堅固你們的心。
Be strong, and let your heart be encouraged, All you who hope in Jehovah.
32:1
得赦免其過，遮蓋其罪的，這人是有福的。
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven; Whose sin is covered.
32:2
耶和華不算為有罪孽，靈裏沒有詭詐的，這人是有福的。
Blessed is the man to whom Jehovah does not impute iniquity And in whose spirit there is no deceit.
32:3
我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日唉哼，而骨頭枯乾。
When I kept silent, my bones wasted away Through my groaning all day long.
32:4
白日黑夜，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗盡，如在夏天的乾旱中。細拉
For day and night Your hand Was heavy upon me; My life sap was dried up As in the drought of summer.
32:5
我向你陳明我的罪，不遮瞞我的罪孽。我說，我要向耶和華承認我的過犯；你就赦免我的罪孽。細拉
I acknowledged my sin to You, And I did not cover my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Jehovah. Then You forgave the iniquity of my sin.
32:6
為此，凡虔誠人都當趁你可尋到的時候禱告你；大水氾溢的時候，必不能臨及他。
Because of this let everyone who is faithful Pray to You at a time when You may be found; Surely when great waters overflow, They will not reach him.
32:7
你是我藏身之處；你必保守我脫離患難，以得救的歡呼四面環繞我。細拉
You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with the ringing shouts of deliverance.
32:8
我要教導你，指示你當行的路；我要勸戒你，定睛在你身上。
I will instruct you and teach you concerning the way you should go; I will counsel you; my eye is upon you.
32:9
你不可像那無知的騾馬，必用嚼環轡頭勒住；不然，就不能馴服。
Do not be like a horse or like a mule, without understanding; Whose trappings consist of bit and bridle to restrain them, Else they do not come near you.
32:10
惡人必多受苦楚；惟獨信靠耶和華的，必有慈愛四面環繞他。
Many are the sorrows that the wicked have; But he who trusts in Jehovah is encompassed by lovingkindness.
32:11
你們義人應當因耶和華喜樂歡騰；你們心裏正直的人，都當歡呼。
Rejoice in Jehovah and exult, O righteous ones; And give a ringing shout, all you who are upright in heart.
33:1
義人哪，你們應當因耶和華歡呼；正直人的讚美是合宜的。
Rejoice in Jehovah, O righteous ones. Praise is becoming to the upright.
33:2
你們應當彈琴稱謝耶和華，用十絃瑟歌頌祂。
Give thanks to Jehovah with the lyre; With the harp of ten strings sing psalms to Him.
33:3
應當向祂唱新歌；彈得巧妙，加上歡呼。
Sing Him a new song; Play skillfully with a joyous shout.
33:4
因為耶和華的言語正直；凡祂所作的，盡都信實。
For the word of Jehovah is right, And all His work is done in faithfulness.
33:5
祂喜愛公義和公平；遍地滿了耶和華的慈愛。
He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the lovingkindness of Jehovah.
33:6
諸天藉耶和華的話而造，萬象藉祂口中的氣而成。
By the word of Jehovah the heavens were made, And all their host, by the breath of His mouth.
33:7
祂聚集海水如壘，把深洋安放在庫房。
He gathers the water of the sea like a heap; He puts the deep waters into storage places.
33:8
願全地都敬畏耶和華；願世上的居民都畏懼祂。
Let all the earth fear Jehovah; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
33:9
因為祂說有，就有；命立，就立。
For He spoke, and it was; He commanded, and it stood.
33:10
耶和華使列國的籌算歸於無有，使眾民所打算的無有功效。
Jehovah brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He frustrates the intentions of the peoples.
33:11
耶和華的籌算永遠立定，祂心中所打算的萬代常存。
The counsel of Jehovah stands forever; The intentions of His heart stand from generation to generation.
33:12
以耶和華為神的，那國是有福的；祂所揀選為自己產業的，那民是有福的。
Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, The people whom He has chosen as His own possession.
33:13
耶和華從天上觀看；祂看見一切的世人。
Jehovah looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men.
33:14
祂從祂的居所，察看地上一切的居民；
From the site of His habitation He gazes At all the inhabitants of the earth,
33:15
祂是那塑造他們眾人心的，洞悉他們一切作為的。
He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who discerns all their works.
33:16
君王不能因兵多得勝；勇士不能因力大得救。
No king is saved by a great army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
33:17
靠馬得救是枉然的；馬也不能因力大救人。
A horse is a vain thing for salvation, And it cannot deliver by its great power.
33:18
看哪，耶和華的眼目，看顧敬畏祂的人，和仰望祂慈愛的人，
Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon those who fear Him, Upon those who hope in His lovingkindness,
33:19
要救他們的性命脫離死亡，並使他們在饑荒中存活。
To deliver their soul from death And to preserve them alive in famine.
33:20
我們的魂向來等候耶和華；祂是我們的幫助，我們的盾牌。
Our soul waits on Jehovah; He is our help and our shield;
33:21
我們的心必因祂喜樂，因為我們向來信靠祂的聖名。
For in Him our heart rejoices, Because in His holy name we trust.
33:22
耶和華阿，求你照著我們所仰望你的，向我們施慈愛。
May Your lovingkindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, Even as we have hoped in You.
新約 New Testament
羅馬書 Romans 8:14-39
8:14
因為凡被神的靈引導的，都是神的兒子。
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
8:15
你們所受的不是奴役的靈，仍舊害怕；所受的乃是兒子名分的靈，在這靈裏，我們呼叫：阿爸，父。
For you have not received a spirit of slavery bringing you into fear again, but you have received a spirit of sonship in which we cry, Abba, Father!
8:16
那靈自己同我們的靈見證我們是神的兒女。
The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit that we are children of God.
8:17
既是兒女，便是後嗣，就是神的後嗣，和基督同作後嗣，只要我們與祂一同受苦，好叫我們也與祂一同得榮耀。
And if children, heirs also; on the one hand, heirs of God; on the other, joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him that we may also be glorified with Him.
8:18
因為我算定今時的苦楚，不配與將來要顯於我們的榮耀相比。
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the coming glory to be revealed upon us.
8:19
受造之物正在專切期望著，熱切等待神的眾子顯示出來。
For the anxious watching of the creation eagerly awaits the revelation of the sons of God.
8:20
因為受造之物服在虛空之下，不是自己願意的，乃是因那叫牠服的，
For the creation was made subject to vanity, not of its own will, but because of Him who subjected it,
8:21
指望著受造之物自己，也要從敗壞的奴役得著釋放，得享神兒女之榮耀的自由。
In hope that the creation itself will also be freed from the slavery of corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
8:22
我們知道一切受造之物一同歎息，一同受生產之苦，直到如今。
For we know that the whole creation groans together and travails in pain together until now.
8:23
不但如此，就是我們這有那靈作初熟果子的，也是自己裏面歎息，熱切等待兒子的名分，就是我們的身體得贖。
And not only so, but we ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan in ourselves, eagerly awaiting sonship, the redemption of our body.
8:24
因為我們是在盼望中得救的；只是所見的盼望不是盼望，誰還盼望他所見的？
For we were saved in hope. But a hope that is seen is not hope, for who hopes for what he sees?
8:25
但我們若盼望所不見的，就必忍耐著熱切等待。
But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly await it through endurance.
8:26
況且，那靈也照樣幫同擔負我們的軟弱；我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是那靈親自用說不出來的歎息，為我們代求。
Moreover, in like manner the Spirit also joins in to help us in our weakness, for we do not know for what we should pray as is fitting, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
8:27
那鑒察人心的，曉得那靈的意思，因為祂是照著神為聖徒代求。
But He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to God.
8:28
還有，我們曉得萬有都互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處，就是按祂旨意被召的人。
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
8:29
因為神所豫知的人，祂也豫定他們模成神兒子的形像，使祂兒子在許多弟兄中作長子。
Because those whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the Firstborn among many brothers;
8:30
祂所豫定的人，又召他們來；所召來的人，又稱他們為義；所稱為義的人，又叫他們得榮耀。
And those whom He predestinated, these He also called; and those whom He called, these He also justified; and those whom He justified, these He also glorified.
8:31
這樣，對這些事，我們可說甚麽？神若幫助我們，誰能抵擋我們？
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
8:32
神既不吝惜自己的兒子，為我們眾人捨了，豈不也把萬有和祂一同白白的賜給我們麼？
Indeed, He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not also with Him freely give us all things?
8:33
誰能控告神所揀選的人？有神稱我們為義了。
Who shall bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies.
8:34
誰能定我們的罪？有基督耶穌已經死了，而且已經復活了，現今在神的右邊，還為我們代求。
Who is he who condemns? It is Christ Jesus who died and, rather, who was raised, who is also at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.
8:35
誰能使我們與基督的愛隔絕？難道是患難麼？是困苦麼？是逼迫麼？是飢餓麼？是赤身麼？是危險麼？是刀劍麼？
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation or anguish or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword?
8:36
如經上所記：“我們為你的緣故，終日被殺，人看我們如將宰的羊。”
As it is written, "For Your sake we are being put to death all day long; we have been accounted as sheep for slaughter."
8:37
然而藉著那愛我們的，在這一切的事上，我們已經得勝有餘了。
But in all these things we more than conquer through Him who loved us.
8:38
因為我深信，無論是死，是生，是天使，是掌權的，是現今的事，是要來的事，是有能的，
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor things present nor things to come nor powers
8:39
是高，是深，或是別的受造之物，都不能叫我們與神的愛隔絕，這愛是在我們的主基督耶穌裏的。
Nor height nor depth nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
