17:1

以法蓮山地有一個人名叫米迦。

Now there was a man from the hill country of Ephraim whose name was Micah.

17:2

他對母親說，你那一千一百錠銀子被人拿去，你因此口出咒詛，並且說給我聽；看哪，這銀子在我這裏，是我拿去了。他母親說，願我兒蒙耶和華賜福！

And he said to his mother, The eleven hundred pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse and spoke it in my hearing-look, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed of Jehovah be my son!

17:3

米迦就把這一千一百錠銀子還他母親。他母親說，我將這銀子從我手中分別為聖歸給耶和華，好給我兒子製作一個雕像，和一個鑄像。現在我還是交給你。

And he returned the eleven hundred pieces of silver to his mother; and his mother said, I do consecrate the silver to Jehovah from my hand to my son to make an idol and a molten image. Now therefore I will return it to you.

17:4

米迦將銀子還他母親，他母親將二百錠銀子交給銀匠，製作成一個雕像，和一個鑄像；那像就在米迦的屋內。

And when he returned the silver to his mother, his mother took two hundred pieces of silver and gave them to the founder, who made them into a sculptured idol and a molten image. And it was in the house of Micah.

17:5

米迦這人有了神堂，又製造以弗得和家中的神像，叫他一個兒子承接聖職作他的祭司。

And the man Micah had a house of gods; and he made an ephod and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons to become his priest.

17:6

那些日子，以色列中沒有王，各人行自己眼中看為正的事。

In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did that which was right in his own eyes.

17:7

猶大的伯利恆有一個少年人，是猶大族的利未人；他在那裏寄居。

And there was a young man from Bethlehem in Judah, of the family of Judah, who was a Levite; and he was a sojourner there.

17:8

這人離開猶大的伯利恆城，要找一個可寄居的地方。他行路的時候，到了以法蓮山地，走到米迦的家。

And the man left the city Bethlehem in Judah to dwell wherever he could find a place. And he came to the hill country of Ephraim, to the house of Micah, as he made his way.

17:9

米迦對他說，你從那裏來？他說，我是利未人，從猶大的伯利恆來；我一路走來，要找一個可寄居的地方。

And Micah said to him, Where do you come from? And he said to him, I am a Levite from Bethlehem in Judah, and I am traveling in order to dwell wherever I can find a place.

17:10

米迦說，你可以住在我這裏，作我的父和祭司；我每年給你十錠銀子、一套衣服、和維生的食物。利未人就跟他去了。

And Micah said to him, Stay with me, and be a father and a priest to me; and I will give you ten pieces of silver a year and an array of clothing and your food. So the Levite went with him.

17:11

利未人情願與那人同住；那人看這少年人如自己的兒子一樣。

And the Levite was content to stay with the man; and the young man was to him like one of his sons.

17:12

米迦使這利未人承接聖職，這少年人就作他的祭司，住在他家裏。

And Micah consecrated the Levite; and the young man became his priest and was in the house of Micah.

17:13

米迦說，現在我知道耶和華必以好處待我，因這利未人作了我的祭司。

Then Micah said, Now I know that Jehovah will prosper me, because the Levite has become my priest.

18:1

那些日子，以色列中沒有王；但支派的人仍在為自己尋找地業居住，因為到那日子，他們還沒有在以色列支派中按鬮得著地業。

In those days there was no king in Israel; and in those days the tribe of the Danites sought for themselves an inheritance to dwell in, for unto that day the lot had not fallen for them on an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.

18:2

但人從瑣拉和以實陶打發全族中的五個勇士，去窺探偵察那地，對他們說，你們去偵察那地。他們來到以法蓮山地，到了米迦的住宅，就在那裏住宿。

So the children of Dan sent from their family five men from among all of them, men of valor, from Zorah and Eshtaol, to spy out the land and search it out. And they said to them, Go and search out the land. And they came to the hill country of Ephraim, to the house of Micah; and they lodged there.

18:3

他們臨近米迦的住宅，認出那少年利未人的口音來，就轉進去對他說，誰領你到這裏來？你在這裏作甚麼？你在這裏得甚麼？

When they were near the house of Micah, they recognized the voice of the young Levite man, so they turned aside there and said to him, Who brought you here? And what are you doing in this place? And what do you have here?

18:4

他回答說，米迦待我如此如此，他雇了我作他的祭司。

And he said to them, Such and such has Micah done for me; and he has hired me to be his priest.

18:5

他們對他說，請你求問神，使我們知道所行的道路通達不通達。

And they said to him, Inquire now of God that we may know if our way on which we are going will be prosperous.

18:6

祭司對他們說，你們可以平平安安的去，你們所行的道路是在耶和華面前的。

And the priest said to them, Go in peace; your way on which you are going is before Jehovah.

18:7

五個人就走了，來到拉億，見其中的民安然居住，如同西頓人平靜安然一樣；因為在那地沒有人掌權，使他們在甚麼事上受屈辱；他們離西頓人也遠，與別人沒有來往。

Then the five men left and came to Laish. And they saw the people who were in it, dwelling securely after the manner of the Sidonians, quiet and secure; for there was no one in the land who possessed authority and might humble them in anything; and they were far from the Sidonians and had nothing to do with anyone.

18:8

五個人來到瑣拉和以實陶，見他們的弟兄；弟兄對他們說，你們有甚麼話？

And they came to their brothers at Zorah and Eshtaol; and their brothers said to them, What can you say?

18:9

他們說，起來，我們上去攻擊他們罷。我們已經看過那地，見那地甚好。你們為何靜坐不動呢？要前往得那地為業，不可遲延。

And they said, Arise; and let us go up against them. For we have seen the land, and it is very good. So do you sit still? Do not be slow about going and entering the land to possess it.

18:10

你們去，乃是去到安然居住的民那裏；那地也寬闊。神已將那地交在你們手中；在那裏，地上的百物俱全，一無所缺。

When you go, you will come to a secure people; and the land is very spacious. God has indeed delivered it into your hand, a place where nothing on earth is lacking there.

18:11

於是但族中的六百人，都束著兵器，從瑣拉和以實陶起行，

So six hundred men girded with weapons of war set out from there, from the family of Dan, from Zorah and Eshtaol.

18:12

上到猶大的基列耶琳，在那裏安營。因此那地方名叫瑪哈尼但，直到今日；那地方就在基列耶琳的西邊。

And they went up and encamped in Kiriath-jearim in Judah. Because of this, that place is called Mahaneh-dan to this day; it is there behind Kiriath-jearim.

18:13

他們從那裏往以法蓮山地去，來到米迦的住宅。

And they passed from there into the hill country of Ephraim and came to the house of Micah.

18:14

從前去窺探拉億地的五個人告訴他們的弟兄說，這些住宅裏有以弗得和家中的神像，並有雕像與鑄像，你們知道麼？現在你們要想一想當怎樣行。

Then the five men who had gone to spy the land of Laish answered and said to their brothers, Do you know that in these houses there are an ephod and teraphim and a sculptured idol and a molten image? Now therefore consider what you should do.

18:15

五個人就轉入米迦的住宅，到了那少年利未人的房內問他安。

And they turned aside there and came to the house of the young Levite man, the house of Micah; and they asked him concerning his welfare.

18:16

那六百但人都束著兵器，站在門口。

And the six hundred men of the children of Dan, girded with their weapons of war, stood at the entrance of the gate.

18:17

曾去窺探地的五個人就上去，進到裏面，將雕像、以弗得、家中的神像並鑄像，都拿了去。祭司和束著兵器的六百人，一同站在門口。

And the five men who had gone to spy the land went up and entered there to seize the sculptured idol and the ephod and the teraphim and the molten image. And the priest stood at the entrance of the gate with the six hundred men girded with weapons of war.

18:18

那五個人進入米迦的住宅，拿出雕像、以弗得、家中的神像並鑄像，祭司就對他們說，你們作甚麼呢？

And when these men entered the house of Micah and seized the sculptured idol and the ephod and the teraphim and the molten image, the priest said to them, What are you doing?

18:19

他們說，不要作聲，用手捂口，跟我們去，作我們的父和祭司。你作一人家裏的祭司好呢？還是作以色列一支派一家族的祭司好？

And they said to him, Quiet down; put your hand over your mouth, and go with us and be a father and a priest to us. Is it better for you to be a priest for the house of one man or for you to be a priest for a tribe and family in Israel?

18:20

祭司心裏喜悅，便拿著以弗得、家中的神像並雕像，進入那些人中間。

And the priest's heart was glad; and he took the ephod and teraphim and the sculptured idol, and went into the midst of the people.

18:21

他們轉身離開，把婦人孩子、牲畜、財物都安置在前頭。

And they turned and departed; and they put the little ones and the livestock and the goods before them.

18:22

他們離米迦的住宅已遠，米迦住宅附近的人都被召集來，把但人追上了。

When they were some distance from the house of Micah, the men who were in the houses that were near the house of Micah were gathered together; and they overtook the children of Dan.

18:23

他們呼叫但人。但人轉過臉來，對米迦說，你召集這許多人來作甚麼？

And they called out to the children of Dan. And they turned and faced them and said to Micah, What is bothering you, that you have been gathered together?

18:24

米迦說，你們將我所製作的神像和祭司都帶了去，我還有甚麼呢？怎麼還對我說，你作甚麼呢？

And he said, You have taken away my gods that I have made, along with the priest, and have gone off. And what do I still have? How then can you say to me, What is bothering you?

18:25

但人說，你不要使我們聽見你的聲音，恐怕有性情兇暴的人攻擊你，以致你和你的全家盡都喪命。

And the children of Dan said, Do not let your voice be heard among us, lest men of fierce temper fall on you and you lose your life and the lives of your household.

18:26

但人還是走他們的路。米迦見他們比自己強，就轉身回家去了。

And the children of Dan went their way; and when Micah saw that they were too strong for him, he turned and went back to his house.

18:27

但人帶著米迦所製作的神像和他的祭司，來到拉億，到了平靜安然的民那裏，就用刀擊殺那民，又放火燒了那城，

So they took that which Micah had made and the priest that had been his, and came to Laish, to a people quiet and secure; and they struck them with the edge of the sword and burned the city with fire.

18:28

並無人搭救；因為離西頓遠，他們又與別人沒有來往。城在靠近伯利合的山谷中。但人就重修那城，住在其中。

And there was no one to deliver it; for it was far from Sidon, and they had nothing to do with anyone. Now it was in the valley that is by Beth-rehob. And they rebuilt the city and dwelt in it.

18:29

他們照著他們的始祖，以色列所生之子但的名字，給那城起名叫但；其實那城原先名叫拉億。

And they called the name of the city Dan, according to the name of Dan their father who had been born to Israel. However the name of the city was Laish formerly.

18:30

但人就為自己設立那雕像；摩西的孫子，革舜的兒子約拿單，和他的子孫作但支派的祭司，直到那地遭擄掠的日子。

And the children of Dan erected the sculptured idol; and Jonathan the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, he and his sons, became priests to the tribe of Dan until the day of the captivity of the land.

18:31

神的殿在示羅多少日子，但人為自己設立米迦所製作的雕像也有多少日子。

Thus they set up the sculptured idol that Micah had made the whole time that the house of God was in Shiloh.

路加福音 Luke 13:22-35

13:22

耶穌往耶路撒冷去，在所經過的各城各鄉施教。

And He journeyed throughout the cities and villages, teaching and making His way toward Jerusalem.

13:23

有一個人問祂說，主啊，得救的人為數少麼？

And someone said to Him, Lord, are there only a few who are being saved?

13:24

耶穌對眾人說，你們要竭力進窄門，因為我告訴你們，將來有許多人想要進去，卻是不能。

And He said to them, Struggle to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to enter, yet will not be able.

13:25

及至家主起來關了門，你們才站在外面叩門，說，主啊，給我們開門，祂就要回答你們說，我不認識你們，不曉得你們是那裏來的。

Once the Master of the house has risen and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, Lord, open to us, then He will answer and say to you, I do not know you, nor where you are from.

13:26

那時，你們要說，我們在你面前喫過、喝過，你也在我們的街上施教過。

Then you will begin to say, We ate in Your presence and drank, and You taught in our streets.

13:27

祂要說，我告訴你們，我不曉得你們是那裏來的；你們這一切行不義的人，離開我去吧。

And He will say, I tell you, I do not know where you are from. Go away from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness.

13:28

你們要看見亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、和眾申言者都在神的國裏，你們卻被扔在外面，在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth there when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you being cast outside.

13:29

從東、從西、從北、從南，將有人來，在神的國裏坐席。

And they will come from the east and the west, and from the north and the south, and will recline at table in the kingdom of God.

13:30

看哪，有在後的將要在前，有在前的將要在後。

And behold, there are some last who will be first, and there are some first who will be last.

13:31

正當那時，有幾個法利賽人進前來對耶穌說，離開這裏去吧，因為希律想要殺你。

In the same hour some Pharisees came up, saying to Him, Get out and go from here, for Herod wants to kill you.

13:32

耶穌對他們說，你們去告訴那個狐狸說，看哪，今天明天我趕鬼治病，第三天我就得成全了。

And He said to them, Go and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out demons and accomplish healings today and tomorrow, and on the third day I am perfected.

13:33

雖然這樣，今天明天後天，我必須前行，因為申言者在耶路撒冷之外喪命是不合宜的。

However, I must journey today and tomorrow and on the following day because it is not acceptable for a prophet to perish outside of Jerusalem.

13:34

耶路撒冷啊，耶路撒冷啊，你常殺害申言者，又用石頭打死那奉差遣到你這裏來的。我多次願意聚集你的兒女，好像母雞把自己的小雞聚集在翅膀底下，只是你們不願意。

Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I desired to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her own brood under her wings, and you would not!

13:35

看哪，你們的家留給你們。我告訴你們，你們不得再見我，直等到你們說，在主名裏來的，是當受頌讚的！

Behold, your house is left to you. And I say to you, You shall by no means see Me until the time comes when you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!
