4:18
孩子漸漸長大，一日出到他父親和收割的人那裏；
And when the child grew up, one day he went out to his father among the reapers;
4:19
他對父親說，我的頭阿！我的頭阿！他父親對僕人說，把他抱到他母親那裏。
And he said to his father, My head! My head! And he said to his attendant, Carry him to his mother.
4:20
僕人把他抱去，交給他母親；孩子坐在母親的膝上，到晌午就死了。
And when he had carried him in and brought him to his mother, the child lay upon her lap until noon, then died.
4:21
他母親抱他上了樓，將他放在神人的床上，把他關在裏面，就出來，
And she went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, and she shut the door behind him and went out.
4:22
呼叫她丈夫說，請你打發一個僕人給我牽一匹驢來，我要快快的去見神人，就回來。
Then she called her husband and said, Send me one of the attendants and one of the donkeys that I may run to the man of God and return.
4:23
丈夫說，今日不是月朔，也不是安息日，你為何要去見他呢？婦人說，平安無事。
And he said, Why will you go to him today? It is neither the new moon nor the Sabbath. But she said, It will be fine.
4:24
於是她備上驢，對僕人說，你快快趕著走，我若沒有告訴你，就不要為我慢下來。
Then she saddled the donkey and said to her attendant, Urge the beast, and do not restrain the ride for me unless I tell you.
4:25
婦人就往迦密山去見神人。神人遠遠的看見她，就對僕人基哈西說，書念的婦人在那裏。
So she went. And she came to the man of God at Mount Carmel. And when the man of God saw her at a distance, he said to Gehazi his attendant, That is the Shunammite over there.
4:26
你現在跑去迎接她，問她說，你平安麼？你丈夫平安麼？孩子平安麼？她說，平安。
Run now to meet her, and say to her, Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child? And she said, It is well.
4:27
婦人來到山上神人那裏，就抱住神人的腳。基哈西前來要推開她，但神人說，由她罷；因為她魂裏愁苦，耶和華向我隱瞞，沒有指示我。
And when she came to the man of God on the mountain, she clung to his feet. And Gehazi approached to pull her away, but the man of God said, Leave her alone; for she is bitter in soul, and Jehovah has hidden from me and has not told me
4:28
婦人說，我何嘗向我主求過兒子呢？我豈沒有說過，不要欺哄我麼？
And she said, Did I ask my lord for a son? Did I not say, Do not mislead me?
4:29
以利沙對基哈西說，你束上腰，手拿我的杖前去。若遇見人，不要向他問安；人若向你問安，也不要回答；要把我的杖放在孩子臉上。
Then he said to Gehazi, Gird up your loins, and take my staff in your hand, and go. If you meet anyone, do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not respond to him. And lay my staff upon the face of the boy.
4:30
孩子的母親說，我指著永活的耶和華和你的性命起誓，我必不離開你。於是以利沙起身，隨著她去了。
And the mother of the boy said, As Jehovah lives and as your soul lives, I will not leave you. And he rose up and followed her.
4:31
基哈西在他們前面先去，把杖放在孩子臉上，卻沒有聲音，也沒有動靜。基哈西就迎著以利沙回來，告訴他說，孩子還沒有醒過來。
And Gehazi passed on before them and set the staff upon the boy's face, but there was no sound or reaction. Therefore he returned to meet him and told him, saying, The boy has not awakened.
4:32
以利沙進了屋子，看見孩子死了，放在自己的床上。
And when Elisha went into the house, there was the dead boy, laid out on his bed.
4:33
他就關上門，只有自己和孩子在裏面，他便向耶和華禱告。
And he went in and shut the door behind the two of them, and he prayed to Jehovah.
4:34
又上床伏在孩子身上，口對口，眼對眼，手對手；既俯伏在孩子身上，孩子的身體就漸漸溫暖起來。
Then he got up and lay on the child, and he put his mouth on his mouth and his eyes on his eyes and his palms on his palms; and he stretched himself over him, and the flesh of the child became warm.
4:35
然後他下來，在屋裏來往走了一趟，又上去俯伏在孩子身上，孩子打了七個噴嚏，就睜開眼睛了。
And he got down and walked about in the house once to and fro. Then he got up and stretched himself over him, and the boy sneezed seven times. Then the boy opened his eyes.
4:36
以利沙叫基哈西說，你叫那書念婦人來；於是基哈西去叫她。她來到以利沙那裏，以利沙說，將你兒子抱起來。
And he called Gehazi and said, Call that Shunammite. So he called her. And when she came to him, he said, Take up your son.
4:37
婦人就進來，在以利沙腳前俯伏于地，向他下拜，然後抱起她兒子出去了。
And she came and fell at his feet and bowed herself to the ground. And she took up her son and went out.
4:38
以利沙又來到吉甲，那地正有饑荒。申言者的門徒坐在他面前，他對僕人說，你將大鍋放在火上，給申言者的門徒熬湯。
Then Elisha returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. And the sons of the prophets sat before him. And he said to his attendant, Put on the big pot, and boil some stew for the sons of the prophets.
4:39
有一個人出到田野掐菜，遇見一棵野瓜藤，就摘了一兜野瓜；他進來把瓜切了，擱在熬湯的鍋中，他們並不知道那是甚麼東西。
And one went out into the field to gather herbs. And he found a wild vine and gathered from it a lapful of wild gourds. And he came and cut them up into the pot of stew, though they did not know what they were.
4:40
他們把湯倒出來給眾人吃；眾人吃湯的時候，都喊叫說，神人哪，鍋中有致死的毒物。眾人就不能吃了。
And they poured out the stew for the men to eat. And while they were eating some of the stew, they cried out and said, O man of God, there is poison in the pot. And they were not able to eat it.
4:41
以利沙說，拿點麵來。他把麵撒在鍋中，說，倒出來，給眾人吃罷。鍋中就沒有甚麼有害之物了。
And he said, Then bring some flour. And he threw it into the pot and said, Pour it out for the people that they may eat. And there was nothing harmful in the pot.
4:42
有一個人從巴力沙利沙來，把初熟大麥作的餅二十個，並新穗子，裝在口袋裏，帶來給神人。以利沙說，把這些給眾人吃。
Then a man came from Baal-shalishah and brought to the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and fresh ears of grain in his sack. And Elisha said, Give it to the people that they may eat.
4:43
他的僕人說，我怎能把這一點擺在一百人面前呢？以利沙說，你只管給眾人吃罷；因為耶和華如此說，眾人必吃了，還剩下。
And his servant said, How can I set this before a hundred people? And he said, Give it to the people that they may eat; for thus says Jehovah, They shall eat and have some left.
4:44
僕人就擺在眾人面前，他們吃了，果然還剩下，正如耶和華所說的。
So he set it before them; and they ate, and there was some left, according to the word of Jehovah.
5:1
亞蘭王的元帥乃縵，在他主人面前為大，極受尊寵，因耶和華曾藉他使亞蘭人得勝；他又是大能的勇士，只是患了痲瘋。
Now Naaman, the captain of the army of the king of Syria, was a great man in the sight of his master and highly respected, because by him Jehovah had given deliverance to Syria. But the man, though a mighty man of valor, was a leper.
5:2
先前亞蘭人結隊出去，從以色列地擄了一個小女子，她就在乃縵的妻子面前伺候她。
And the Syrians had gone out in bands and had taken captive a little girl from the land of Israel, and she waited on Naaman's wife.
5:3
她對主母說，巴不得我主人在撒瑪利亞的申言者面前，那麼，他必能治好主人的痲瘋。
And she said to her mistress, If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! Then he would cure him of his leprosy.
5:4
乃縵進去，告訴他主人說，從以色列地來的女子如此如此說。
And Naaman went in and told his master, saying, Thus and thus did the girl who is from the land of Israel say.
5:5
亞蘭王說，你可以去，我也會送信給以色列王。於是乃縵手中帶著銀子十他連得，金子六千舍客勒，衣裳十套，就去了；
Then the king of Syria said, Go then, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel. And he went and took with him ten talents of silver and six thousand shekels of gold and ten changes of clothes.
5:6
且帶信給以色列王，信上說，現在這信到了你那裏，你就知道我打發臣僕乃縵去見你，是要你治好他的痲瘋。
And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, which read: And now, when this letter comes to you, I am sending Naaman my servant to you, that you may cure him of his leprosy.
5:7
以色列王讀了信就撕裂衣服，說，我豈是神，能使人死、使人活呢？這人竟打發人來，叫我治好一個人的痲瘋。你們留意，看看這人是怎樣尋隙攻擊我。
And when the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes and said, Am I God to put to death and to give life, that this man sends word to me to cure a man of his leprosy? Therefore consider now and see how he seeks an occasion against me.
5:8
神人以利沙聽見以色列王撕裂衣服，就打發人去見王，說，你為甚麼撕了衣服呢？可以使那人到我這裏來，他就知道以色列中有申言者了。
And when Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes, he sent word to the king, saying, Why have you torn your clothes? Let him come to me, and he will know that there is a prophet in Israel.
5:9
於是，乃縵帶著車馬來了，站在以利沙的家門口。
And Naaman came with his horses and his chariot and stood at the entrance of the house of Elisha.
5:10
以利沙打發一個使者，對乃縵說，你去在約但河中沐浴七次，你的肉必復原，你就必得潔淨。
And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored; and you shall be clean.
5:11
乃縵卻發怒走了，說，我想他必定出來見我，站著呼求耶和華他神的名，在患處以上搖手，治好這痲瘋。
But Naaman became furious and went away and said, I thought, He will surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of Jehovah his God, and wave his hand over the place and cure the leper.
5:12
大馬色的河亞罷拿和法珥法，豈不比以色列的一切水更好麼？我不能在那裏沐浴，得潔淨麼？於是氣忿忿的轉身去了。
Are not the Abana and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.
5:13
他的僕人進前來，對他說，我父阿，申言者若叫你作一件大事，你豈不作麼？何況說你去沐浴而得潔淨呢？
And his servants came near and spoke to him and said, My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you, Wash and be clean?
5:14
於是乃縵下去，照著神人的話，在約但河裏浸了七次。他的肉復原，好像小孩子的肉，他就潔淨了。
So he went down and dipped in the Jordan seven times according to the word of the man of God. And his flesh was restored to be like the flesh of a little boy, and he was clean.
5:15
乃縵帶著一切跟隨他的人，回到神人那裏；他進去，站在他面前，說，如今我知道，除了在以色列之外，全地並沒有神。現在求你收下僕人的禮物。
And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came and stood before him and said, Now I know that there is no God in all the earth except with Israel. And now, please accept a present from your servant.
5:16
以利沙說，我指著永活的耶和華，就是我侍立在祂面前的那位起誓，我必不接受。
But he said, As Jehovah lives, before whom I stand, I will receive nothing. And Naaman urged him to take it, but he refused.
5:17
乃縵再三的求他，他卻不接受。乃縵說，你若不肯接受，請將兩騾子馱的土賜給你僕人，因你僕人必不再將燔祭或平安祭獻與別神，只獻給耶和華。
And Naaman said, Then if not, please let your servant be given two mule-loads of earth, for your servant will no more offer burnt offerings and sacrifices to other gods, but to Jehovah only.
5:18
惟有這件事，願耶和華饒恕你僕人：我主人進臨門廟叩拜的時候，我用手攙他，我在臨門廟也就叩拜。我在臨門廟叩拜的這事，願耶和華饒恕僕人。
In this matter may Jehovah pardon your servant: When my master goes into the house of Rimmon to bow down there and leans on my arm, and I bow down in the house of Rimmon, when I bow down in the house of Rimmon, may Jehovah pardon your servant in this matter.
5:19
以利沙對他說，你平平安安的去罷。乃縵離開他走了不遠，
And he said to him, Go in peace. And when he had gone from him a little way,
5:20
神人以利沙的僕人基哈西心裏說，我主人白白放過這亞蘭人乃縵，不從他手裏受他帶來的禮物，我指著永活的耶和華起誓，我必跑去追上他，向他要些東西。
Gehazi, the attendant of Elisha the man of God said, Now my master has spared Naaman this Syrian by not receiving from his hand that which he brought. As Jehovah lives, I will run after him and take something from him.
5:21
於是基哈西追趕乃縵。乃縵看見有人追趕，就急忙下車迎著他，說，都平安麼？
So Gehazi pursued Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he alighted from the chariot to meet him and said, Is all well?
5:22
他說，都平安。我主人打發我來說，剛才有兩個少年人，是申言者的門徒，從以法蓮山地來見我；請你賜他們一他連得銀子，兩套衣裳。
And he said, All is well. My master has sent me, saying, Now at this moment two young men from among the sons of the prophets have come to me from the hill country of Ephraim; please give them a talent of silver and two changes of clothes.
5:23
乃縵說，請接受二他連得。他再三的促請基哈西，並將二他連得銀子包在兩個口袋裏，連同兩套衣裳，交給兩個僕人；他們就在基哈西前頭抬著走。
And Naaman said, Please take two talents. And he urged him and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of clothes, and gave them to two of his attendants; and they carried them before him.
5:24
到了山岡，基哈西從他們手中接過來，存放在屋裏；然後打發他們離去，他們就走了。
And when he came to the hill, he took them from their hand and deposited them in the house. And he sent the men away, and they departed.
5:25
基哈西進去，站在他主人面前。以利沙問他說，基哈西，你從那裏來？他說，僕人沒有往那裏去。
And he went in and stood before his master. And Elisha said to him, Where have you come from, Gehazi? And he said, Your servant has not gone anywhere.
5:26
以利沙對他說，那人下車轉回迎你的時候，我的心豈沒有去呢？這豈是接受銀子和衣裳，買橄欖園、葡萄園、牛羊、僕婢的時候呢？
And he said to him, Did not my heart go with you when the man turned from his chariot to meet you? Is it a time to receive silver and to receive clothing and olive groves and vineyards and sheep and oxen and male servants and female servants?
5:27
因此，乃縵的痲瘋必沾附於你和你的後裔，直到永遠。基哈西從以利沙面前出去，就患了痲瘋，像雪那樣白。
Therefore the leprosy of Naaman shall cleave to you and to your seed forever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow.
6:1
申言者的門徒對以利沙說，看哪，我們同你所住的地方過於窄小，
Then the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, The place here where we dwell before you is too narrow for us.
6:2
求你讓我們到約但河去，各人從那裏取一根木料，在那裏為我們自己造個處所居住。他說，你們去罷。
Let us go to the Jordan and each take a beam from there, and let us make for ourselves a place there, where we may dwell. And he said, Go.
6:3
有一人說，求你與僕人們同去。他說，我去。
And someone said, Please go with your servants. And he said, I will go.
6:4
於是以利沙與他們同去。他們到了約但河，就砍伐樹木。
And he went with them. And when they came to the Jordan, they cut down the trees.
6:5
有一人砍伐木料的時候，斧頭掉在水裏，他就呼叫說，哀哉！我主阿，這斧子是藉來的。
But as one was felling a beam, the ax head fell into the water; and he cried out and said, Alas, my master! It was borrowed.
6:6
神人問說，掉在那裏了？他將那地方指給以利沙看。以利沙砍了一根木頭，拋在那裏，就使斧頭浮上來。
And the man of God said, Where did it fall? And he showed him the place. And he cut down a stick and threw it there and made the iron float.
6:7
以利沙說，你自己拿上來罷。那人就伸手把斧頭拿起來。
And he said, Take it up for yourself. And he stretched out his hand and took it.
And he said, Take it up for yourself. And he stretched out his hand and took it.

11:1
有一個患病的伯大尼人拉撒路，是馬利亞和她姐姐馬大那村子的人。
Now there was a certain man who was sick, Lazarus from Bethany, of the village of Mary and her sister Martha.
11:2
這馬利亞就是那用香膏抹主，又用自己頭髮擦祂腳的，患病的拉撒路是她的兄弟。
It was that Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped His feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.
11:3
姊妹二人就打發人到耶穌那裏說，主啊，看哪，你所愛的人病了。
The sisters therefore sent to Him saying, Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick.
11:4
耶穌聽見，就說，這病不至於死，乃是為著神的榮耀，叫神的兒子藉此得榮耀。
But when Jesus heard it, He said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, in order that the Son of God may be glorified through it.
11:5
耶穌素來愛馬大，和她妹妹，並拉撒路。
Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.
11:6
祂聽見拉撒路病了，就在所居之地，仍住了兩天。
When therefore He heard that he was sick, He remained at that time in the place where He was for two days.
11:7
然後對門徒說，我們再往猶太去吧。
Then after this He said to the disciples, Let us go into Judea again.
11:8
門徒對祂說，拉比，猶太人近來想要拿石頭打你，你還往那裏去麼？
The disciples said to Him, Rabbi, the Jews were just now seeking to stone You, and You are going there again?
11:9
耶穌回答說，白晝不是有十二小時麼？人若在白晝行走，就不至碰跌，因為看見這世界的光。
Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.
11:10
若在黑夜行走，就必碰跌，因為那光不在他裏面。
But if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him.
11:11
耶穌說了這話，隨後對他們說，我們的朋友拉撒路睡了，我要去叫醒他。
He said these things, and after this He said to them, Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going that I may wake him out of sleep.
11:12
門徒對祂說，主啊，他若睡了，就必好了。
The disciples then said to Him, Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover.
11:13
耶穌原是指著拉撒路的死說的，他們卻以為祂是指拉撒路安然睡覺說的。
But Jesus had spoken about his death, but they thought that He was speaking about taking rest in sleep.
11:14
所以耶穌就明明的告訴他們說，拉撒路死了。
So Jesus then told them plainly, Lazarus has died.
11:15
我為你們歡喜我不在那裏，好叫你們信。現在我們往他那裏去吧。
And I rejoice for your sakes that I was not there, so that you may believe; but let us go to him.
11:16
那稱為低土馬的多馬，就對同作門徒的說，我們也去和祂同死吧。
Then Thomas, who is called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples, Let us also go, that we may die with Him.
11:17
耶穌到了，就發現拉撒路在墳墓裏，已經四天了。
Then when Jesus came, He found that he had already been in the tomb four days.
11:18
伯大尼離耶路撒冷不遠，約有三公里。
Now Bethany was near Jerusalem, about fifteen stadia away.
11:19
有好些猶太人來到馬大和馬利亞那裏，要為她們兄弟的事安慰她們。
And many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary to console them concerning their brother.
11:20
馬大聽見耶穌來了，就去迎接祂，馬利亞卻仍然坐在家裏。
Martha therefore, when she heard that Jesus was coming, went to meet Him; but Mary sat in the house.
11:21
馬大對耶穌說，主啊，你若早在這裏，我兄弟就不會死。
Then Martha said to Jesus, Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.
11:22
就是現在，我也知道你無論向神求甚麼，神也必賜給你。
But even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You.
11:23
耶穌對她說，你兄弟必然復活。
Jesus said to her, Your brother will rise again.
11:24
馬大說，我知道在末日復活的時候，他必復活。
Martha said to Him, I know that he will rise again in the resurrection in the last day.
11:25
耶穌對她說，我是復活，我是生命；信入我的人，雖然死了，也必復活；
Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes into Me, even if he should die, shall live;
11:26
凡活著信入我的人，必永遠不死。你信這話麼？
And every one who lives and believes into Me shall by no means die forever. Do you believe this?
11:27
馬大對祂說，主啊，是的；我信你是基督，是神的兒子，就是那要來到世界的。
She said to Him, Yes, Lord; I have believed that You are the Christ, the Son of God, He who comes into the world.
11:28
馬大說了這話，就去暗暗的叫她妹妹馬利亞，說，夫子來了，叫你。
And when she had said this, she went away and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Teacher is here and is calling you.
11:29
馬利亞聽見了，就急忙起來，到耶穌那裏去。
And she, when she heard this, rose quickly and came to Him.
11:30
那時，耶穌還沒有進村子，仍在馬大迎接祂的地方。
Now Jesus had not yet come into the village, but was still in the place where Martha met Him.
11:31
那些同馬利亞在家裏安慰她的猶太人，見她急忙起來出去，就跟著她，以為她要往墳墓那裏去哭。
The Jews then who were with her in the house and were consoling her, when they saw that Mary rose up quickly and went out, followed her, supposing that she was going to the tomb to weep there.
11:32
馬利亞到了耶穌那裏，看見祂，就俯伏在祂腳前，對祂說，主啊，你若早在這裏，我兄弟就不會死。
Then Mary, when she came to where Jesus was, saw Him and fell at His feet, saying to Him, Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.
11:33
耶穌看見她哭，並看見與她同來的猶太人也哭，就靈裏悲憤，又受攪擾，
Then Jesus, when He saw her weeping and the Jews who came with her weeping, was moved with indignation in His spirit and was troubled,
11:34
便說，你們把他安放在那裏？他們說，主啊，來看。
And He said, Where have you put him? They said to Him, Lord, come and see.
11:35
耶穌哭了。
Jesus wept.
11:36
猶太人就說，你看祂何等愛這人。
The Jews then said, Behold how He loved him!
11:37
其中有人說，這位開了瞎子眼睛的，豈不能叫這人也不死麼？
But some of them said, Could not He who opened the eyes of the blind man also have caused that this man would not die?
11:38
耶穌又靈裏悲憤，來到墳墓前；那墳墓是個洞，有一塊石頭擋著。
Jesus therefore, moved with indignation again in Himself, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was lying against it.
11:39
耶穌說，你們把石頭挪開。那死人的姐姐馬大對祂說，主啊，他已經臭了，因為這是第四天了。
Jesus said, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of him who was deceased, said to Him, Lord, by now he smells, for it is the fourth day that he is there.
11:40
耶穌說，我不是對你說過，你若信，就必看見神的榮耀麼？
Jesus said to her, Did I not tell you that if you believe you will see the glory of God?
