以賽亞書 Isaiah 61:4-63:19
61:4
他們必修造古老的荒場，建立先前淒涼之處，重修荒廢之城，歷代淒涼之處。
And they will rebuild the ancient ruins; They will raise up the former desolations; And they will repair the cities of waste, The desolations of generation upon generation.
61:5
外人必起來牧放你們的羊群，外邦人必作你們耕種田地的、修理葡萄園的。
And strangers will stand and feed your flocks, And the sons of the foreigner will be your plowmen and vinedressers.
61:6
你們卻要稱為耶和華的祭司；人必稱你們為我們神的僕役。你們必喫用列國的財富，因得他們的榮耀而自誇。
But you will be called the priests of Jehovah; People will speak of you as the ministers of our God. You will eat the wealth of nations, And you will boast in their glory.
61:7
你們必得加倍的好處，代替所受的羞辱；他們必為所得的分歡呼，代替所受的淩辱。因此他們在自己境內必得加倍的產業；永遠之樂必歸與他們。
Instead of your shame there will be a double portion, And instead of humiliation they will give a ringing shout for their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double; Eternal joy will be theirs.
61:8
因為我耶和華愛公平，恨惡搶奪和不義；我要憑信實施行報應，並要與他們立永約。
For I, Jehovah, love justice; I hate robbery with wrong; And I will faithfully give them their recompense, And I will make an eternal covenant with them.
61:9
他們的後裔必在列國中被人認識，他們的子孫在眾民中也必如此；凡看見他們的，必認他們是蒙耶和華賜福的後裔。
Then their seed will be known among the nations, And their offspring in the midst of the peoples; All who see them will acknowledge them, That they are the seed whom Jehovah has blessed.
61:10
我必因耶和華大大歡喜，我的魂必因我的神歡騰；因祂以拯救為衣給我穿上，以公義為袍給我披上，好像新郎戴上祭司的華冠，又像新婦佩戴她的飾物。
I will rejoice greatly in Jehovah, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with the robe of righteousness; I am like a bridegroom who wears the headdress of the priest, And like a bride who adorns herself with her jewels.
61:11
地怎樣使百穀發芽，園子怎樣使所種的長出，主耶和華必照樣使公義和讚美在列國面前發出。
For as the earth brings forth its sprout, And as the garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So will the Lord Jehovah cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.
62:1
為錫安的緣故我必不靜默，為耶路撒冷的緣故我必不息聲，直到她的公義如光輝發出，她的救恩如火把焚燒。
For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, And for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quiet, Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, And her salvation like a burning torch.
62:2
列國必見你的公義，列王必見你的榮耀；你必得新名的稱呼，是耶和華親口指定的。
And the nations will see your righteousness, And all the kings, your glory; And you will be called by a new name, Which the mouth of Jehovah will designate.
62:3
你也必在耶和華的手中作華美的冠冕，在你神的掌上作君王的冕旒。
You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Jehovah, And a royal turban in the palm of your God.
62:4
你必不再稱為被撇棄的，你的地也不再稱為荒涼的。你卻要稱為：我所喜悅的，你的地也必稱為已婚的；因為耶和華喜悅你，你的地也必有歸屬。
And it will no longer be said to you, Forsaken! Nor to your land will it be said any longer, Desolate! But you will be called, My delight is in her, And your land, Married; For Jehovah delights in you, And your land will be married.
62:5
少年人怎樣娶處女，你的眾民也要照樣娶你；新郎怎樣喜悅新婦，你的神也要照樣喜悅你。
For as a young man marries a virgin, Your sons will marry you; And with the joy of the bridegroom over the bride Your God will rejoice over you.
62:6
耶路撒冷阿，我在你城牆上設立了守望者；他們整日整夜總不靜默。題醒耶和華的，你們不要歇息，
Upon your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; All day and all night They will never keep silent. You who remind Jehovah, Do not be dumb;
62:7
也不要讓祂歇息，直等祂建立耶路撒冷，使耶路撒冷在地上成為可讚美的。
And do not give Him quiet Until He establishes And until He makes Jerusalem A praise in the earth.
62:8
耶和華指著自己的右手和大能的膀臂起誓，說，我必不再將你的五穀給你的仇敵作食物，外邦人也必不再喝你勞碌得來的新酒；
Jehovah has sworn by His right hand And by His strong arm: Surely I will never again give your grain As food for your enemies, And surely the children of the foreigner will not drink your new wine For which you have labored;
62:9
惟有那收割的要喫，並讚美耶和華；那聚斂的要在我聖別的院內喝。
But they who have gathered it will eat it, And they will praise Jehovah, And they who have collected it will drink it In the courts of My holiness.
62:10
你們要經過，要從城門經過；豫備百姓的路；要修築，修築大道；撿去石頭；為眾民高舉旌旗。
Go through, go through the gates; Prepare the way for the people; Cast up, cast up the highway; Free it of stones; Raise up a standard for the people.
62:11
看哪，耶和華已宣告到地極：你們要對錫安的女子說，你的救恩來到了；祂的賞賜在祂那裏，祂的報應在祂面前。
See, Jehovah has announced To the end of the earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, Your salvation is now coming; Now His reward is with Him And His recompense before Him.
62:12
人必稱他們為聖別的子民，為耶和華所救贖的民；你也必稱為被追求、不被撇棄的城。
And they will call them, The holy people, The redeemed of Jehovah; And you will be called, Sought after! A city not forsaken!
63:1
這從以東，從波斯拉來，穿著染紅衣服，裝扮威嚴，力量廣大，闊步行走的是誰呢？就是我，是那憑公義說話，以大能施行拯救的。
Who is this who comes from Edom With red-stained garments, from Bozrah? This One who is majestic in His apparel, Marching in the greatness of His strength? It is I who speak in righteousness, Mighty to save.
63:2
你的裝扮為何有紅色，你的衣服為何像踹酒醡的呢？
Why are you red in apparel, And your garments like those of him who treads in the winepress?
63:3
我獨自踹酒醡，眾民中無一人與我同在。我在怒中將他們踹下，在烈怒中將他們踐踏；他們的血濺在我衣服上，並且我染污了我一切的衣裳。
I have trodden the wine trough alone, And from the peoples there was no man with Me. And I trod them in My anger And trampled them in My wrath; And their lifeblood is sprinkled on My garments, And I have stained all My apparel.
63:4
因為報仇之日在我心中，我救贖之年已經來到。
For the day of recompense was in My heart, And the year of My redemption had come.
63:5
我觀看，見無人幫助；我詫異無人扶持；所以我自己的膀臂為我施行拯救，我的烈怒將我扶持。
And I looked and there was no one to help; And I was appalled that there was no one to uphold. Therefore My own arm accomplished salvation for Me, And My wrath, it upheld Me.
63:6
我在怒中踹下眾民，在烈怒中使他們沉醉，又將他們的血倒在地上。
And I trod down the peoples in My anger And made them drunk in My wrath, And I poured out their lifeblood upon the earth.
63:7
我要題起耶和華的慈愛，就是耶和華當得的讚美，是照耶和華一切所賜給我們的，並祂向以色列家所施的大恩，這恩是照祂的憐恤和豐盛的慈愛賜給他們的。
I will make mention of the lovingkindnesses of Jehovah, The praises of Jehovah, According to all that Jehovah has bestowed on us And the great goodness toward the house of Israel, Which He has bestowed on them according to His compassions And according to the multitude of His lovingkindnesses.
63:8
祂說，他們誠然是我的百姓，不行虛假的子孫；這樣，祂就作了他們的救主。
For He said, Surely, they are My people, Children who will not deal falsely; So He became their Savior.
63:9
他們在一切苦難中，祂也同受苦難；並且祂面前的使者拯救他們；祂在自己的愛和憐憫中救贖他們，在古時的一切日子保抱他們，懷搋他們。
In all their affliction He was afflicted, And the Angel of His presence saved them; In His love and in His mercy He redeemed them, And He bore them up and carried them All the days of old.
63:10
他們竟悖逆，使主聖別的靈憂愁；祂就轉成他們的仇敵，親自攻擊他們；
But they rebelled and grieved His Spirit of holiness; Therefore He turned to become their enemy; He fought against them.
63:11
那時，祂想起古時的日子，想起摩西和祂的百姓，說，那將百姓連同祂羊群的牧人從海裏領上來的在那裏？那將祂聖別的靈置於他們中間的在那裏？
Then He remembered the days of old, Moses and His people: Where is He who brought them up out of the sea With the shepherds of His flock? Where is He who put in their midst His Spirit of holiness;
63:12
那使祂榮耀的膀臂在摩西的右邊行動，在他們前面將水分開，要建立自己永遠的名，
Who made His glorious arm Go at the right hand of Moses; Who divided the waters before them, To make for Himself a name forever;
63:13
帶領他們經過深處，如馬行在曠野，使他們不至絆跌的在那裏？
Who led them through the depths, Like a horse in the wilderness, And they did not stumble?
63:14
耶和華的靈使他們得安息，仿佛牲畜下到山谷。你這樣引導你的百姓，要建立自己榮耀的名。
Like the cattle which go down into the valley, The Spirit of Jehovah caused them to rest. Thus did You lead Your people, To make for Yourself a glorious name.
63:15
求你從天上垂顧，從你聖別華美的居所觀看：你的熱心和你大能的作為在那裏？你熱切的心腸和憐恤向我們止住了；
Look down from heaven, And see from the habitation of Your holiness and Your beauty: Where are Your zeal and Your mighty acts? The stirring of Your inward parts And Your compassions are restrained toward me.
63:16
亞伯拉罕雖然不認識我們，以色列也不承認我們，你卻是我們的父。耶和華阿，你是我們的父；從亙古以來，你的名稱為我們的救贖主。
For You are our Father, Since Abraham does not know us, And Israel does not acknowledge us. You, Jehovah, are our Father; Our Redeemer from of old is Your name.
63:17
耶和華阿，你為何使我們走錯離開你的道路，使我們心裏剛硬不敬畏你呢？求你為你僕人，為你產業眾支派的緣故轉回來。
Why, O Jehovah, do You cause us to wander from Your ways And harden our hearts so that we do not fear You? Return for the sake of Your servants, The tribes of Your inheritance.
63:18
你的聖民不過暫時得你的聖所為業；我們的敵人已經將它踐踏了。
Your holy people have possessed Your sanctuary for a little while; Our adversaries have trodden it down.
63:19
我們好像成了你從未治理的人，又像從未按你的名被稱呼的人。
We have become like those over whom You have never ruled, Like those who have not been called by Your name.
新約New Testament：
帖撒羅尼迦前書 1Thessalonians 4:1-18
4:1
還有，弟兄們，我們在主耶穌裏請求並勸勉你們，你們既然接受了我們的教訓，知道當怎樣行，並怎樣討神的喜悅，就要照你們現在所行的，更加充盈超越。
Furthermore, brothers, we ask and exhort you in the Lord Jesus that even as you received from us how you ought to walk and please God, even as indeed you do walk, that you abound still more.
4:2
你們原曉得，我們藉著主耶穌給了你們甚麼囑咐。
For you know what charges we gave you through the Lord Jesus.
4:3
神的旨意就是要你們聖別，禁戒淫亂；
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from fornication;
4:4
要你們各人曉得，怎樣用聖別和尊貴，持守自己的器皿，
That each one of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor,
4:5
不放縱私慾的邪情，像那不認識神的外邦人；
Not in the passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God;
4:6
也不要在這事上越分，佔他弟兄的便宜；因為關於這一切的事，主必報應，就如我們先前告訴過你們，又鄭重見證過的。
That no one overstep and take advantage of his brother in the matter, because the Lord is the avenger concerning all these things, even as we also said before to you and solemnly charged.
4:7
神本是在聖別中召了我們，並不是要我們沾染污穢。
For God has not called us for uncleanness but in sanctification.
4:8
所以那棄絕的，不是棄絕人，乃是棄絕那位將祂的聖靈賜給你們的神。
Consequently, he who rejects, rejects not man but God, who also gives His Holy Spirit to you.
4:9
關於弟兄相愛，不用我寫信給你們，因為你們自己蒙了神的教導，叫你們彼此相愛；
Now concerning brotherly love, you have no need for me to write to you, for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another;
4:10
其實，你們向全馬其頓所有的弟兄，就是這樣行。但弟兄們，我們勸你們要更加充盈超越；
For you also do this unto all the brothers in the whole of Macedonia. But we exhort you, brothers, to abound still more
4:11
又要立定志向作安靜人，辦自己的事，親手作工，正如我們曾囑咐過你們的，
And to aspire to be quiet and attend to your own affairs and work with your hands, even as we charged you,
4:12
叫你們對外人行事端正得體，自己也就沒有甚麼缺乏了。
That you may walk becomingly toward those outside and may have need of nothing.
4:13
關於睡了的人，弟兄們，我們不願意你們無知無識，恐怕你們憂傷，像其餘沒有盼望的人一樣。
But we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who are sleeping, that you would not grieve even as also the rest who have no hope.
4:14
因為我們若信耶穌死而復活了，神也必照樣將那些已經藉著耶穌睡了的人與祂一同帶來。
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose, so also those who have fallen asleep through Jesus, God will bring with Him.
4:15
我們現在憑著主的話，告訴你們這件事，就是我們這些活著還存留到主來臨的人，絕不能在那已經睡了的人之先；
For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are living, who are left remaining unto the coming of the Lord, shall by no means precede those who have fallen asleep;
4:16
因為主必親自從天降臨，有發令的呼叫，有天使長的聲音，又有神的號聲，那在基督裏死了的人必先復活，
Because the Lord Himself, with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, will descend from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
4:17
然後我們這些活著還存留的人，必同時與他們一起被提到雲裏，在空中與主相會；這樣，我們就要和主常常同在。
Then we who are living, who are left remaining, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will be always with the Lord.
4:18
所以你們當用這些話彼此安慰。
Therefore comfort one another with these words.
