25:1
猶大王約西亞的兒子約雅敬第四年，就是巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒的元年，耶和華論猶大眾民的話，臨到耶利米。
The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, the king of Judah (that is, the first year of Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon),
25:2
申言者耶利米就將這話告訴猶大眾人和耶路撒冷的一切居民，說，
Which Jeremiah the prophet spoke to all the people of Judah and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying,
25:3
從猶大王亞們的兒子約西亞十三年，直到今日，這二十三年之內，常有耶和華的話臨到我，我也對你們講說，就是從早起來傳說，只是你們沒有聽從。
From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, the king of Judah, even unto this day, these twenty-three years, the word of Jehovah came to me, and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you have not listened.
25:4
耶和華也從早起來，差遣祂的僕人眾申言者到你們這裏來，只是你們沒有聽從，也沒有側耳而聽；
And Jehovah sent to you all His servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, but you have not listened or inclined your ear to hear,
25:5
他們說，你們各人當回轉離開惡道和所作的惡，便可居住耶和華從永遠到永遠所賜給你們和你們列祖之地。
Saying, Turn now every one from his evil way and from the evil of your deeds, and dwell upon the land which Jehovah has given you and your fathers from eternity to eternity;
25:6
不可隨從別神，事奉敬拜它們，以你們手所作的惹我發怒，這樣，我就不加害於你們。
And do not go after other gods to serve them and worship them; and do not provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands, and I will do you no harm.
25:7
耶和華說，然而你們沒有聽從我，竟要以你們手所作的惹我發怒，自招禍害。
Yet you have not listened to Me, declares Jehovah, that you might provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands to your own harm.
25:8
所以萬軍之耶和華如此說，因為你們沒有聽從我的話，
Therefore thus says Jehovah of hosts, Because you have not listened to My words,
25:9
我必差遣使者取來北方的眾族，並我僕人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，領他們來攻擊這地和這地的居民，並四圍一切的國民；我要將他們盡行滅絕，以致他們令人驚駭、嗤笑，並且永遠蒙羞；這是耶和華說的。
I will send for and take all the families of the north, declares Jehovah, that is, for Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and I will bring them against this land and against its inhabitants and against all these surrounding nations and will utterly destroy them and make them an astonishment and a hissing and an eternal reproach.
25:10
我又要使歡喜和快樂的聲音，新郎和新婦的聲音，推磨的聲音，和燈的亮光，從他們中間滅絕。
And I will cause the voice of gladness and the voice of joy to perish from them, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones and the light of the lamp.
25:11
這全地必然荒涼曠廢；這些國民要服事巴比倫王七十年。
And this whole land will become a desolation and a waste, and these nations will serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
25:12
七十年滿了以後，我必因巴比倫王和那國民的罪孽懲罰他們，並懲罰迦勒底人之地，使那地永遠荒涼；這是耶和華說的。
Then after the seventy years have been fulfilled, I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation for their iniquity, declares Jehovah, as well as the land of the Chaldeans, and I will make it an eternal desolation.
25:13
我也必使我向那地所說的話，凡記在這書上，耶利米向各國所說的豫言，都臨到那地。
And I will bring upon that land all My words which I have spoken against it, everything written in this book, which Jeremiah prophesied against all the nations.
25:14
因為多國和大君王必使迦勒底人作奴僕，我也必照他們的行為，按他們手所作的，報應他們。
For many nations and great kings will make them serve them, even them, and I will recompense them according to their doing and according to the work of their hands.
25:15
耶和華以色列的神對我如此說，你從我手中接這杯忿怒的酒，給我所差遣你去的各國的民喝。
For thus said Jehovah the God of Israel to me, Take this cup of the wine of wrath from My hand and make all the nations to whom I am sending you drink it.
25:16
他們喝了就要東倒西歪，並要發狂，因我使刀劍臨到他們中間。
And they will drink and stagger and become mad because of the sword which I am sending among them.
25:17
我就從耶和華的手中接了這杯，給耶和華所差遣我去的各國的民喝；
And I took the cup from Jehovah's hand and made all the nations to whom Jehovah sent me drink it:
25:18
就是耶路撒冷，和猶大的城邑，並耶路撒冷的君王與首領，使這些城邑荒涼，令人驚駭、嗤笑、咒詛，正如今日一樣。
Jerusalem and the cities of Judah and her kings, her princes, to make them a desolation, a waste, a hissing and a curse, as it is this day;
25:19
又有埃及王法老，和他的臣僕、首領，以及他的眾民；
Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, and his servants and his princes and all his people;
25:20
並一切混雜的人民，和烏斯地的諸王，與非利士人之地的諸王，亞實基倫、迦薩、以革倫，以及餘剩的亞實突人；
And all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines (even Ashkelon and Gaza and Ekron and the remnant of Ashdod);
25:21
以東、摩押、亞捫人，
Edom and Moab and the children of Ammon;
25:22
推羅的諸王、西頓的諸王、海外島嶼的眾王，
And all the kings of Tyre and all the kings of Sidon and the kings of the islands across the sea;
25:23
底但、提瑪、布斯，和一切剃周圍頭髮的；
And Dedan and Tema and Buz and all who cut the corners of their hair;
25:24
亞拉伯的諸王、住曠野混雜人民的諸王、
And all the kings of Arabia and all the kings of the mixed tribes who dwell in the wilderness;
25:25
心利的諸王、以攔的諸王、瑪代的諸王；
And all the kings of Zimri and all the kings of Elam and all the kings of Media;
25:26
北方遠近的諸王，以及地上的萬國都喝了；以後示沙克王也要喝。
And all the kings of the north, near and far, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the earth which are upon the surface of the ground and the king of Sheshach will drink it after them.
25:27
你要對他們說，萬軍之耶和華以色列的神如此說，你們要喝且要喝醉，要嘔吐且要跌倒，不得再起來，都因我使刀劍臨到你們中間。
And you shall say to them, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Drink and be drunk, and vomit and fall, and rise no longer, because of the sword which I am sending among you.
25:28
他們若不肯從你的手接這杯喝，你就要對他們說，萬軍之耶和華如此說，你們一定要喝。
And if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, You shall surely drink it.
25:29
我既從稱為我名下的城起首施行災禍，你們能全然免受懲罰麼？你們必不能免，因為我要呼喚刀劍臨到地上一切的居民；這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
For I am now beginning to bring evil on the city which is called by My name, and will you indeed go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, for I am calling for a sword against all the inhabitants of the earth, declares Jehovah of hosts.
25:30
所以你要向他們豫言這一切的話攻擊他們，對他們說，耶和華必從高天吼叫，從祂的聖所發聲，向自己的居所大聲吼叫；祂要向地上一切的居民呐喊回應，像踹葡萄的一樣。
Therefore you shall prophesy against them all these words and say to them, Jehovah will roar from on high, And He will utter His voice from His holy habitation; He will roar mightily against His habitation; He will respond with a shout like those who tread grapes, Against all the inhabitants of the earth.
25:31
必有鬨嚷之聲達到地極，因為耶和華與列國相爭。凡屬肉體的，祂必審問；至於惡人，祂必交給刀劍；這是耶和華說的。
The tumult comes to the ends of the earth, For Jehovah has a dispute with the nations. He is entering into judgment with all flesh And will give up the wicked to the sword, Declares Jehovah.
25:32
萬軍之耶和華如此說，必有災禍從這國發出到那國，並有大暴風從地極颳起。
Thus says Jehovah of hosts, Evil is now going forth From nation to nation, And a great storm wind is being stirred up From the uttermost parts of the earth.
25:33
在那日，從地這邊直到地那邊，凡被耶和華殺戮的，必無人哀哭，不得收殮，不得葬埋，必在地上成為糞土。
And those slain by Jehovah on that day from one end of the earth unto the other end of the earth will not be mourned for or gathered or buried; they will be as dung on the surface of the ground.
25:34
牧人哪，你們當哀號、呼喊；群羊的尊貴者阿，你們要輥在灰中；因為你們被殺戮的日子滿足了，我要分散你們，你們就跌碎，好像美器被打碎一樣。
Howl, O shepherds, and cry out And roll in ashes, O majestic ones of the flock; For your days of slaughter have been fulfilled, And I will disperse you, so that you fall like a precious vessel.
25:35
牧人無路逃避，群羊的尊貴者也無法逃脫。
And refuge will perish from the shepherds, And an escape from the majestic ones of the flock.
25:36
聽阿，牧人的喊聲！群羊尊貴者的哀號！因為耶和華毀壞他們的草場。
The sound of the cry of the shepherds! And the howl of the majestic ones of the flock! For Jehovah is destroying their pasture;
25:37
因耶和華的烈怒，平安的居所都毀壞了。
And the habitations of peace are destroyed Because of the burning anger of Jehovah.
25:38
祂離了隱密處像少壯獅子一樣，他們的地，因欺壓的刀劍，又因祂的烈怒，都成了荒場。
Like a young lion He has left His lair, For their land has become a waste, Because of the oppressing sword And because of His burning anger.
26:1
猶大王約西亞的兒子約雅敬登基的時候，從耶和華有這話臨到耶利米，說，
In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, the king of Judah, this word came from Jehovah, saying,
26:2
耶和華如此說，你站在耶和華殿的院內，對猶大眾城邑的人，就是到耶和華殿來敬拜的，說我所吩咐你對他們說的一切話，一字不可刪減。
Thus says Jehovah, Stand in the court of the house of Jehovah and speak to all the cities of Judah, who come to worship in the house of Jehovah, all the words which I command you to speak to them, and do not take away a word.
26:3
或者他們肯聽從，各人回轉離開惡道，使我後悔不將我因他們所行的惡，想要施行的災禍，降與他們。
Perhaps they will listen and turn, every one from his evil way, that I may repent of the evil which I intend to do to them because of the evil of their deeds.
26:4
你要對他們說，耶和華如此說，你們若不聽從我，不遵行我設立在你們面前的律法，
And you shall say to them, Thus says Jehovah, If you will not listen to Me to walk in My law, which I have set before you,
26:5
不聽我從早起來差遣到你們那裏去，我僕人眾申言者的話－你們還是沒有聽從－
To listen to the words of My servants the prophets, whom I send to you, rising up early and sending them-and you have not listened -
26:6
我就必使這殿如示羅，使這城為地上萬國所咒詛的。
Then I will make this house like Shiloh, and this city I will make a curse to all the nations of the earth.
26:7
耶利米在耶和華殿中說的這些話，祭司、申言者、與眾民都聽見了。
And the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of Jehovah.
26:8
耶利米說完了耶和華所吩咐他對眾人說的一切話，祭司、申言者、與眾民都來抓住他，說，你必要死！
And when Jeremiah had finished speaking everything that Jehovah had commanded him to speak unto all the people, the priests and the prophets and all the people seized him, saying, You will surely die!
26:9
你為何託耶和華的名豫言，說，這殿必如示羅，這城必變為荒場，無人居住呢？於是眾民都在耶和華的殿中，聚集攻擊耶利米。
Why have you prophesied in the name of Jehovah, saying, This house will be like Shiloh and this city will be a desolation, without inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of Jehovah.
26:10
猶大的首領聽見這些事，就從王宮上到耶和華的殿，坐在耶和華殿的新門口。
And the princes of Judah heard these things, and they went up from the king's house to the house of Jehovah and took their seat at the entrance of the new gate of the house of Jehovah.
26:11
祭司、申言者對首領和眾民說，判這人死刑！因為他說豫言攻擊這城，正如你們親耳所聽見的。
And the priests and the prophets spoke to the princes and to all the people, saying, A sentence of death on this man! For he has prophesied against this city, as you have heard with your own ears.
26:12
耶利米就對眾首領和眾民說，耶和華差遣我豫言，攻擊這殿和這城，說你們所聽見的這一切話。
Then Jeremiah spoke to all the princes and to all the people, saying, Jehovah sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words which you have heard.
26:13
現在要改正你們的行徑和作為，聽從耶和華你們神的話，祂就必後悔，不將所說的災禍降與你們。
Now therefore amend your ways and your deeds and listen to the voice of Jehovah your God, and Jehovah will repent of the evil which He has spoken against you.
26:14
至於我，我在你們手中；你們眼看何為善，何為正，就那樣待我罷。
But as for me, here I am, in your hands; do with me as is good and right in your eyes.
26:15
但你們要確實知道，若把我治死，就使無辜人的血歸到你們自己和這城，並其中的居民；因為耶和華實在差遣我到你們這裏來，將這一切話說在你們耳中。
Only know for certain that if you put me to death, you will bring innocent blood upon yourselves and upon this city and upon her inhabitants; for truly Jehovah has sent me to you to speak all these words in your ears.
26:16
首領和眾民就對祭司、申言者說，這人不該判死刑，因為他是奉耶和華我們神的名，向我們說話。
Then the princes and all the people said to the priests and to the prophets, This man is not worthy of a sentence of death, for he has spoken to us in the name of Jehovah our God.
26:17
那地的長老，就有幾個人起來，對聚會的眾民說，
And some of the elders of the land rose up and spoke to all the assembly of the people, saying,
26:18
當猶大王希西家的日子，有摩利沙人彌迦對猶大眾人豫言，說，萬軍之耶和華如此說，錫安必被耕種像一塊田，耶路撒冷必變為亂堆，這殿的山必像叢林的高處。
Micah the Morashtite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah the king of Judah and spoke to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, Zion will be plowed as a field, And Jerusalem will become a heap of ruins, And the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest.
26:19
猶大王希西家和猶大眾人，何曾把他治死呢？希西家豈不是敬畏耶和華，懇求祂的恩麼？耶和華豈不就後悔，不將所說的災禍降與他們麼？但我們竟要作大惡，自害己命。
Did Hezekiah the king of Judah and all Judah put him to death? Did he not fear Jehovah and entreat the favor of Jehovah, and did not Jehovah repent of the evil which He had spoken against them? But we are about to bring a great evil on ourselves.
26:20
又有一個人，就是基列耶琳人示瑪雅的兒子烏利亞，他奉耶和華的名說豫言攻擊這城和這地，所說的就像耶利米的一切話。
And there was another man who prophesied in the name of Jehovah, Uriah the son of Shemaiah from Kiriath-jearim, and he prophesied against this city and against this land words like all those of Jeremiah.
26:21
約雅敬王和他眾勇士、眾首領，聽見了烏利亞的話，王就想要把他處死；烏利亞聽見就懼怕，逃往埃及去了。
And when King Jehoiakim and all his mighty men and all the princes heard his words, the king sought to put him to death; but when Uriah heard, he was afraid and fled and went to Egypt.
26:22
約雅敬王便打發亞革波的兒子以利拿單，帶領幾個人往埃及去；
And King Jehoiakim sent certain men to Egypt, that is, Elnathan the son of Achbor and men with him to Egypt;
26:23
他們從埃及將烏利亞帶出來，送到約雅敬王那裏，王用刀殺了他，把他的屍首拋在平民的墳地中。
And they brought Uriah out of Egypt and brought him to King Jehoiakim, and he struck him with the sword and threw his corpse into the graves of the common people.
26:24
然而沙番的兒子亞希甘，保護耶利米，不把他交在百姓的手中處死他。
Nevertheless the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, so that he was not given into the hands of the people to put him to death.
新約New Testament：
提摩太後書 2Timothy 2:1-26
2:1
所以，我的孩子，你要在基督耶穌裏的恩典上得著加力，
You therefore, my child, be empowered in the grace which is in Christ Jesus;
2:2
你在許多見證人面前從我所聽見的，要託付那忠信、能教導別人的人。
And the things which you have heard from me through many witnesses, these commit to faithful men, who will be competent to teach others also.
2:3
你要和我同受苦難，好像基督耶穌的精兵。
Suffer evil with me as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
2:4
凡當兵的，不讓今生的事務纏身，好叫那招他入伍的人喜悅。
No one serving as a soldier entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please the one who enlisted him.
2:5
競賽的人，非按規矩競賽，就不能得華冠。
And also if anyone contends in the games, he is not crowned unless he contends lawfully.
2:6
勞力的農夫，理當先分享果實。
The laboring farmer must be the first to partake of the fruit.
2:7
我所說的你要思想，因為凡事主必給你領悟力。
Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in all things.
2:8
你要記念那從死人中得復活的耶穌基督，祂是出於大衛的後裔，這正合乎我所傳的福音；
Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, of the seed of David, according to my gospel,
2:9
我在這福音上受苦難，甚至被捆綁像犯人一樣，然而神的話卻不被捆綁。
In which I suffer evil unto bonds as a criminal; but the word of God is not bound.
2:10
所以我為選民凡事忍耐，叫他們也可以得著那在基督耶穌裏的救恩，同永遠的榮耀。
Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the chosen ones, that they themselves also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
2:11
有可信的話說，我們若與基督同死，也必與祂同活；
Faithful is the word: For if we died with Him, we will also live with Him;
2:12
我們如果忍耐，也必與祂一同作王；我們如果不認祂，祂也必不認我們；
If we endure, we will also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He also will deny us;
2:13
我們縱然失信，祂仍是可信的，因為祂不能否定自己。
If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.
2:14
你要將這些事題醒眾人，在神面前鄭重的囑咐他們，不可為言辭爭辯，這是毫無用處的，只能敗壞聽見的人。
Remind them of these things, solemnly charging them before God not to have contentions of words, which is useful for nothing, to the ruin of those who hear.
2:15
你當竭力將自己呈獻神前，得蒙稱許，作無愧的工人，正直的分解真理的話。
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, an unashamed workman, cutting straight the word of the truth.
2:16
但要遠避世俗的空談，因為這些空談必進而成為更不敬虔。
But avoid profane, vain babblings, for they will advance to more ungodliness,
2:17
他們的話必像毒瘡蔓衍；其中有許米乃和腓理徒，
And their word will spread like gangrene, of whom are Hymenaeus and Philetus,
2:18
他們在真理上偏離了目標，說復活的事已過，就傾覆一些人的信心。
Who concerning the truth have misaimed, saying that the resurrection has already taken place, and overthrow the faith of some.
2:19
然而，神堅固的根基立住了，上面有這印記說，主認識屬於祂的人。又說，凡稱呼主名的人，總要離開不義。
However the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, The Lord knows those who are His, and, Let everyone who names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.
2:20
但在大戶人家，不但有金器銀器，也有木器瓦器；有作為貴重的，也有作為卑賤的；
But in a great house there are not only gold and silver vessels but also wooden and earthen; and some are unto honor, and some unto dishonor.
2:21
所以人若潔淨自己，脫離這些卑賤的，就必成為貴重的器皿，分別為聖，合乎主人使用，豫備行各樣的善事。
If therefore anyone cleanses himself from these, he will be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, useful to the master, prepared unto every good work.
2:22
你要逃避青年人的私慾，同那清心呼求主的人，竭力追求公義、信、愛、和平。
But flee youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
2:23
至於愚拙無學問的辯論，總要棄絕，知道這些事是產生爭競的。
But foolish questionings and those arising from an untrained mind refuse, knowing that they beget contentions.
2:24
但主的奴僕不該爭競，總要溫溫和和的待眾人，善於教導，忍受苦害，
But a slave of the Lord ought not to contend but be gentle toward all, apt to teach, bearing with wrong;
2:25
用溫柔規勸那些抵擋的人；或許神給他們悔改的心，得以認識真理；
In meekness correcting those who oppose, if perhaps God may give them repentance unto the full knowledge of the truth,
2:26
他們這些已被魔鬼活捉了去的，也可以醒悟過來，脫離他的網羅，歸於神的旨意。
And they may return to soberness out of the snare of the devil, having been caught alive by him, unto His will.
