29:31
耶和華見利亞失寵，就使她生育；拉結卻不生育。
Now when Jehovah saw that Leah was hated, He opened her womb; but Rachel was barren.
29:32
利亞懷孕生子，就給他起名叫流便，因為她說，耶和華看見我的苦情，如今我的丈夫必愛我。
And Leah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Reuben, for she said, Because Jehovah has looked upon my affliction, surely now my husband will love me.
29:33
她又懷孕生子，就說，耶和華因為聽見我失寵，所以又賜給我這個兒子，於是給他起名叫西緬。
And she conceived again and bore a son and said, Because Jehovah has heard that I am hated, He has therefore given me this son also; so she called his name Simeon.
29:34
她又懷孕生子，說，我給丈夫生了三個兒子，這次他必與我聯合，因此起名叫利未。
And she conceived again and bore a son and said, Now this time my husband will be joined to me, because I have borne him three sons. Therefore his name was called Levi.
29:35
她又懷孕生子，說，這次我要讚美耶和華，因此給他起名叫猶大。這才停了生育。
And she conceived again and bore a son and said, This time I will praise Jehovah. Therefore she called his name Judah. Then she ceased bearing.
30:1
拉結見自己沒有給雅各生孩子，就嫉妒她姐姐，對雅各說，你給我孩子，不然我就死了。
And when Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no children, Rachel envied her sister and said to Jacob, Give me children, or else I die.
30:2
雅各向拉結生氣，說，叫你不懷胎的是神，我豈能代替祂作主呢？拉結說，
And Jacob's anger burned against Rachel, and he said, Am I in the place of God, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?
30:3
有我的使女辟拉在這裏，你可以與她同房，使她生子抱在我膝上，我便因她也得孩子。
And she said, Here is my servant Bilhah; go in to her, that she may bear upon my knees and that I also may have children through her.
30:4
拉結就把她的使女辟拉給丈夫為妻，雅各便與她同房。
And she gave him Bilhah her female servant as a wife, and Jacob went in to her.
30:5
辟拉就懷孕，給雅各生了一個兒子。
And Bilhah conceived and bore Jacob a son.
30:6
拉結說，神伸了我的冤，也聽了我的聲音，賜我一個兒子，因此給他起名叫但。
And Rachel said, God has judged me, and has also heard my voice and given me a son; therefore she called his name Dan.
30:7
拉結的使女辟拉又懷孕，給雅各生了第二個兒子。
And Bilhah Rachel's female servant conceived again and bore Jacob a second son.
30:8
拉結說，我在與神的角力中，與我姐姐角力，並且得了勝，於是給孩子起名叫拿弗他利。
And Rachel said, In wrestling with God, I have wrestled with my sister and have prevailed; so she called his name Naphtali.
30:9
利亞見自己停了生育，就把她的使女悉帕給雅各為妻。
Now when Leah saw that she ceased bearing, she took Zilpah her female servant and gave her to Jacob as a wife.
30:10
利亞的使女悉帕給雅各生了一個兒子。
And Zilpah Leah's female servant bore Jacob a son.
30:11
利亞說，萬幸。於是給他起名叫迦得。
And Leah said, How fortunate! So she called his name Gad.
30:12
利亞的使女悉帕又給雅各生了第二個兒子。
And Zilpah Leah's female servant bore Jacob a second son.
30:13
利亞說，我真快樂，眾女子都要稱我為有福，於是給孩子起名叫亞設。
And Leah said, Happy am I! For the daughters will call me blessed; so she called his name Asher.
30:14
收割麥子的時候，流便出去，在田裏尋見風茄，就拿來給他母親利亞。拉結對利亞說，請你把你兒子的風茄給我一些。
And Reuben went out in the days of wheat harvest and found mandrakes in the field and brought them to his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, Please give me some of your son's mandrakes.
30:15
利亞說，你奪了我的丈夫還算小事麼？你又要奪我兒子的風茄？拉結說，那麼，為了交換你兒子的風茄，今夜他可以與你同寢。
And she said to her, Is it a small matter that you have taken away my husband? And would you take away my son's mandrakes also? So Rachel said, Then he may lie with you tonight in return for your son's mandrakes.
30:16
到了晚上，雅各從田裏回來，利亞出來迎接他，說，你要與我同寢，因為我實在是用我兒子的風茄把你雇下了。那一夜，雅各就與她同寢。
And Jacob came from the field in the evening, and Leah went out to meet him and said, You must come in to me, for I have surely hired you with my son's mandrakes. So he lay with her that night.
30:17
神垂聽了利亞，她就懷孕，給雅各生了第五個兒子。
And God gave heed to Leah, and she conceived and bore Jacob a fifth son.
30:18
利亞說，神給了我工價，因為我把使女給了我丈夫，於是給孩子起名叫以薩迦。
And Leah said, God has given me my hire, because I gave my female servant to my husband; so she called his name Issachar.
30:19
利亞又懷孕，給雅各生了第六個兒子。
And Leah conceived again and bore a sixth son to Jacob.
30:20
利亞說，神賜我厚禮；這次我丈夫必與我同住，因為我給他生了六個兒子，於是給孩子起名叫西布倫。
And Leah said, God has endowed me with a good dowry; now my husband will dwell with me, because I have borne him six sons; so she called his name Zebulun.
30:21
後來又生了一個女兒，給她起名叫底拿。
And afterward she bore a daughter and called her name Dinah.
30:22
神記念拉結，垂聽了她，使她能生育。
Then God remembered Rachel, and God gave heed to her and opened her womb.
30:23
拉結懷孕生子，說，神除去了我的羞辱，
And she conceived and bore a son and said, God has taken away my reproach.
30:24
就給他起名叫約瑟，說，願耶和華再給我增添一個兒子。
And she called his name Joseph, saying, May Jehovah add to me another son.
30:25
拉結生約瑟之後，雅各對拉班說，請打發我走，叫我回到我本鄉本地去。
And when Rachel had borne Joseph, Jacob said to Laban, Send me away, that I may go to my own place and to my own country.
30:26
請你把我服事你所得的妻子和兒女給我，讓我走；我怎樣服事你，你都知道。
Give me my wives and my children for whom I have served you, that I may go; for you indeed know my service by which I have served you.
30:27
拉班對他說，我若在你眼前蒙恩，請你仍與我同住，因為我已算定，耶和華賜福與我是因你的緣故；
And Laban said to him, If you please, I have divined that Jehovah has blessed me on account of you.
30:28
又說，請你指明你的工價，我就給你。
And he said, Name me your wages, and I will give it.
30:29
雅各對他說，我怎樣服事你，你的牲口在我手裏怎樣，你是知道的。
And Jacob said to him, You indeed know how I have served you, and how your livestock have fared with me.
30:30
我未來之前，你所有的很少，現今卻發達增多，耶和華隨我的腳步賜福與你。如今，我甚麼時候也為自己的家作些事呢？
For you had little before I came, and it has spread into a multitude, and Jehovah has blessed you wherever I turned. But now when shall I provide for my own house also?
30:31
拉班說，我當給你甚麼？雅各說，你甚麼也不必給我；只要你為我作這一件事，我便仍舊牧放看守你的羊群。
And he said, What shall I give you? And Jacob said, You shall not give me anything. Just do this one thing for me: Let me again feed your flock and keep it.
30:32
今天我要走遍你的羊群，把其中凡有點的、有斑的，就是綿羊中黑色的，並山羊中有斑的、有點的，都挑出來；將來這一等的就算是我的工價。
Let me pass through all your flock today, removing from there every speckled and spotted animal, that is, every black animal among the sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats; and such will be my wages.
30:33
以後你來查看我的工價，凡在我手裏的山羊不是有點有斑的，綿羊不是黑色的，那就算是我偷的；這樣便可證出我的公義。
So my righteousness will testify for me later, when you come concerning my wages, by what is before you. Every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats and black among the sheep, if found with me, will be counted stolen.
30:34
拉班說，好阿，就照著你的話行罷。
And Laban said, Fine; let it be according to your word.
30:35
當日，拉班把有紋的、有斑的公山羊，有點的、有斑的母山羊，就是凡雜有白色的山羊，並黑色的綿羊，都挑出來，交在他兒子們的手下，
But on that day he removed the male goats that were streaked and spotted, and all the female goats that were speckled and spotted, every one that had white in it, and all the black ones among the sheep, and gave them into the care of his sons;
30:36
又使自己和雅各相離三天的路程；雅各就牧養拉班其餘的羊。
And he set a distance of a three days' journey between himself and Jacob, and Jacob fed the rest of Laban's flocks.
30:37
雅各拿楊樹、杏樹、楓樹的嫩枝，將皮剝成白紋，使枝子露出白的來；
And Jacob took rods of fresh poplar and almond and plane trees and peeled white stripes in them, exposing the white which was in the rods.
30:38
他將剝了皮的枝子，對著羊群，插在羊群喝水的水槽裏；羊來喝水的時候，公母交配。
And he set the rods which he had peeled in front of the flocks in the troughs, that is, in the watering places where the flocks came to drink; and they bred when they came to drink.
30:39
羊對著枝子交配，就生下有紋的、有點的、有斑的來。
And the flocks bred before the rods; and the flocks brought forth young that were streaked, speckled, and spotted.
30:40
雅各把羊羔分出來，使拉班的羊與這有紋和黑色的羊相對，把自己的羊另放一處，不叫他的羊和拉班的羊混雜。
And Jacob separated the lambs and set the faces of the flock toward the streaked and all the black in the flock of Laban, and he put his own herds apart and did not put them with Laban's flock.
30:41
當羊群中肥壯的交配的時候，雅各就把枝子插在水槽裏，正在羊群的眼前，使羊對著枝子交配。
And whenever the stronger of the flock were breeding, Jacob placed the rods before the eyes of the flock in the troughs so that they might breed among the rods;
30:42
只是在羊群瘦弱的時候，就不插枝子。這樣，瘦弱的就歸拉班，肥壯的就歸雅各。
But when the flock was feebler, he did not put them in; so the feebler were Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's.
30:43
於是雅各極其發達，得了許多的羊群、僕人、婢女、駱駝和驢。
And the man became spread out exceedingly, and had large flocks, and female servants and male servants, and camels and donkeys.
31:1
雅各聽見拉班的兒子們有話說，雅各把我們父親所有的都奪去了，他是從我們父親所有的得了這一切的財富；
Now Jacob heard the words of Laban's sons, saying, Jacob has taken away all that belonged to our father; and from what belonged to our father he has made all this wealth.
31:2
並且雅各見拉班的臉色向他不如從前了。
And Jacob saw Laban's countenance, and now it was not favorable toward him as previously.
31:3
耶和華對雅各說，你要回你祖你父之地，到你親族那裏去，我必與你同在。
And Jehovah said to Jacob, Return to the land of your fathers and to your relatives, and I will be with you.
31:4
雅各就打發人，叫拉結和利亞到田野他的羊群那裏去，
So Jacob sent and called Rachel and Leah to his flock in the field,
31:5
對她們說，我看你們父親的臉色向我不如從前了；但我父親的神向來與我同在。
And he said to them, I see that your father's countenance is not favorable toward me as previously, but the God of my father has been with me.
31:6
你們自己也知道，我盡了我的力量服事你們的父親。
And you yourselves know that with all my strength I have served your father.
31:7
你們的父親欺哄我，十次改了我的工價；然而神不容許他害我。
And your father has cheated me and changed my wages ten times, but God did not allow him to harm me.
31:8
他若說，有點的歸你作工價，羊群所生的都有點；他若說，有紋的歸你作工價，羊群所生的都有紋。
If he spoke in this way, The speckled shall be your wages, then all the flock bore speckled; and if he spoke in this way, The streaked shall be your wages, then all the flock bore streaked.
31:9
這樣，神把你們父親的牲畜奪來賜給我了。
Thus God has taken away your father's livestock and given them to me.
31:10
羊群交配的時候，我在夢中舉目一看，見跳母羊的公山羊都是有紋的、有點的、有花斑的。
And at the time the flock was breeding, I lifted up my eyes and saw in a dream; and there were the male goats, leaping upon the flock-streaked, speckled, and spotted.
31:11
神的使者在那夢中對我說，雅各。我說，我在這裏。
And the Angel of God said to me in the dream, Jacob; and I said, Here I am.
31:12
祂說，你舉目觀看，跳母羊的公山羊都是有紋的、有點的、有花斑的；凡拉班向你所作的，我都看見了。
And He said, Lift up now your eyes, and see that all the male goats which leap upon the flock are streaked, speckled, and spotted; for I have seen all that Laban has been doing to you.
31:13
我是伯特利的神；你在那裏用油抹過柱子，向我許過願。現在你起來，離開這地，回你的出生地去罷。
I am the God of Bethel, where you anointed a pillar, where you vowed a vow to Me. Rise up now; go out from this land, and return to the land of your birth.
31:14
拉結和利亞回答雅各說，在我們父親的家裏還有我們可得的分麼？還有我們的產業麼？
And Rachel and Leah answered and said to him, Do we still have any portion or inheritance in our father's house?
31:15
我們不是被他當作外人麼？因為他賣了我們，吞盡了我們的身價。
Are we not regarded by him as foreigners? For he has sold us and has even entirely used up the money given for us.
31:16
神從我們父親所奪出來的一切財富，那就是我們和我們孩子們的。現今凡神所吩咐你的，你只管去行罷。
Surely all the wealth which God has taken away from our father is ours and our children's. So do now whatever God has said to you.
31:17
於是雅各起來，使他的兒子和妻子都騎上駱駝，
Then Jacob rose up and set his sons and his wives upon the camels;
31:18
又帶著他在巴旦亞蘭所得的一切牲畜和財物，往迦南地他父親以撒那裏去了。
And he drove away all his livestock and all his property which he had acquired, the livestock in his possession which he had acquired in Paddan-aram, in order to go to Isaac his father in the land of Canaan.
31:19
當時拉班剪羊毛去了，拉結偷了他父親的神像。
Now Laban had gone to shear his sheep, and Rachel stole the household idols that were her father's.
31:20
雅各瞞著亞蘭人拉班逃走了，並不告訴他，
And Jacob deceived Laban the Aramaean by not telling him that he was fleeing.
31:21
就帶著所有的逃跑。他起身過了大河，面向基列山地行去。
So he fled with all that he had, and he rose up and crossed over the River and set his face toward the hill country of Gilead.
31:22
到第三日，有人告訴拉班，雅各逃跑了。
And it was told Laban on the third day that Jacob had fled.
31:23
拉班帶領他的眾弟兄去追趕，追了七日，就在基列山地追上了。
And he took his brothers with him and pursued after him the distance of a seven days' journey; and he overtook him in the hill country of Gilead.
31:24
夜間，神到亞蘭人拉班那裏，在夢中對他說，你要小心，不可與雅各說好說歹。
And God came to Laban the Aramaean in a dream of the night and said to him, Be careful that you do not speak to Jacob either good or bad.
31:25
拉班追上雅各。雅各在山地支搭帳棚；拉班和他的眾弟兄也在基列山地支搭帳棚。
And Laban caught up with Jacob. Now Jacob had pitched his tent in the hill country, and Laban with his brothers also pitched tents in the hill country of Gilead.
31:26
拉班對雅各說，你作的是甚麼事呢？你瞞著我逃走了，又把我的女兒們帶走了，如同用刀劍擄去的一般。
And Laban said to Jacob, What are you doing deceiving me and carrying away my daughters like captives of the sword?
31:27
你為甚麼暗暗的逃跑，偷著走，並不告訴我，叫我可以歡樂、唱歌、擊鼓、彈琴來給你送行？
Why did you flee secretly and steal away from me and not tell me, when I might have sent you away with joy and with songs, with tambourine and with lyre?
31:28
又不讓我與外孫和女兒親嘴？你所行的真是愚昧。
And you did not allow me to kiss my sons and my daughters. Now you have acted foolishly.
31:29
我原有能力害你，只是你父親的神昨夜對我說，你要小心，不可與雅各說好說歹。
It is in my power to do you harm, but the God of your father spoke to me last night, saying, Be careful that you do not speak to Jacob either good or bad.
31:30
現在你雖然很想你父家，不得不去，為甚麼又偷了我的神像呢？
And now, though you had to go because you longed greatly for your father's house, why did you steal my gods?
31:31
雅各回答拉班說，因為我害怕，以為你會把你的女兒從我手裏奪去。
And Jacob answered and said to Laban, Because I was afraid, for I thought that you might take your daughters from me by force.
31:32
至於你的神像，你在誰那裏搜出來，誰就不得存活。當著我們的眾弟兄，你認一認，在我這裏有甚麼東西是你的，就拿去。原來雅各不知道拉結偷了那些神像。
The one with whom you find your gods shall not live. In the presence of our brothers indicate what there is with me that is yours, and take it. Now Jacob did not know that Rachel had stolen them.
31:33
拉班進了雅各、利亞、並兩個使女的帳棚，都沒有搜出來，就從利亞的帳棚出來，進了拉結的帳棚。
And Laban went into Jacob's tent and into Leah's tent and into the two female servants' tent, but he did not find them. Then he went from Leah's tent and entered Rachel's tent.
31:34
拉結已經把神像藏在駱駝的馱簍裏，並且坐在上頭。拉班摸遍了那帳棚，並沒有摸著。
Now Rachel had taken the household idols and put them in the camel's saddle, and she sat upon them. And Laban rummaged through all the tent but did not find them.
31:35
拉結對她父親說，現在我身上不便，不能在你面前起來，求我主不要動怒。這樣，拉班搜尋神像，竟沒有搜出來。
And she said to her father, Let not my lord be angry that I cannot rise up before you, for the manner of women is upon me. So he searched but did not find the household idols.
31:36
雅各就發怒，與拉班爭論，說，我有甚麼過犯，有甚麼罪，你竟這樣火速的追我？
And Jacob became angry and contended with Laban; and Jacob answered and said to Laban, What is my transgression? What is my sin, that you have so hotly pursued me?
31:37
你摸遍了我一切的物件，搜出甚麼是你家的東西呢？可以放在你我的弟兄們面前，叫他們在我們二人中間判斷判斷。
Although you have rummaged through all my possessions, what have you found of all your household goods? Set it here before my brothers and your brothers, that they may decide between the two of us.
31:38
我同你在一起這二十年，你的母綿羊、母山羊沒有掉過胎；你群中的公羊，我沒有喫過；
These twenty years have I been with you; your ewes and your female goats have not miscarried, and I have not eaten the rams of your flocks.
31:39
被野獸撕裂的，我沒有帶來給你，是我自己賠上。無論是白日，是黑夜，被偷去的，你都向我索要。
That which was torn by beasts I did not bring to you; I bore the loss of it myself. Of my hand you required it, whether stolen by day or stolen by night.
31:40
我白日受乾熱銷磨，黑夜受寒霜侵蝕，不得合眼睡著，我常是這樣。
Thus I was: By day the dry heat consumed me, and the frost by night, and my sleep fled from my eyes.
31:41
我這二十年在你家裏，為你的兩個女兒服事你十四年，為你的羊群服事你六年，你十次改了我的工價。
These twenty years have I been in your house; I served you fourteen years for your two daughters and six years for your flock, and you have changed my wages ten times.
31:42
若不是我父親的神，就是亞伯拉罕的神，以撒所敬畏的神與我同在，你如今必定打發我空手而去。神看見我的苦情和我的勞碌，就在昨夜責備你。
If the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the Dread of Isaac, had not been with me, surely now you would have sent me away empty. God has seen my affliction and the labor of my hands and rebuked you last night.
31:43
拉班回答雅各說，女兒是我的女兒，孩子是我的孩子，羊群也是我的羊群；凡在你眼前的都是我的。我的女兒並她們所生的孩子，我今日能向他們作甚麼呢？
And Laban answered and said to Jacob, The daughters are my daughters, and the children are my children, and the flocks are my flocks, and all that you see is mine. But what can I do this day to these my daughters or to their children whom they have borne?
31:44
來罷，你我二人可以立約，作你我中間的證據。
So come now; let us make a covenant, I and you; and let it be a witness between me and you.
31:45
雅各就拿一塊石頭，立作柱子，
So Jacob took a stone and set it up as a pillar.
31:46
又對眾弟兄說，你們撿聚石頭。他們就拿石頭來堆成一堆，大家便在旁邊喫喝。
And Jacob said to his brothers, Gather stones. So they took stones and made a heap, and they ate there by the heap.
31:47
拉班稱那石堆為伊迦爾撒哈杜他，雅各卻稱那石堆為迦累得。
And Laban called it Jegar-sahadutha, but Jacob called it Galeed.
31:48
拉班說，今日這石堆作你我中間的證據。因此那地方名叫迦累得，
And Laban said, This heap is witness between me and you today. Therefore its name was called Galeed
31:49
又叫米斯巴，因為他說，我們彼此離別以後，願耶和華在你我中間鑒察。
And Mizpah, because he said, Jehovah watch between me and you when we are absent from one another.
31:50
你若苦待我的女兒，又在我的女兒以外另娶妻子，雖然沒有人同我們在一起，卻有神在你我中間作見證。
If you afflict my daughters, and if you take wives besides my daughters-even though no man is with us-see, God is witness between me and you.
31:51
拉班又對雅各說，你看這石堆，和我在你我中間所立的柱子。
And Laban said to Jacob, Here is this heap, and here is the pillar which I have set between me and you.
31:52
這石堆作證據，這柱子也作證據；我必不過這石堆去害你，你也不可過這石堆和柱子來害我。
This heap is a witness, and the pillar is a witness, that I will not pass beyond this heap to you and that you will not pass beyond this heap and this pillar to me, for harm.
31:53
但願亞伯拉罕的神和拿鶴的神，就是他們父親的神，在你我中間判斷。雅各就指著他父親以撒所敬畏的神起誓，
The God of Abraham and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge between us. And Jacob swore by the Dread of his father Isaac.
31:54
又在山上獻祭，請眾弟兄來喫飯。他們喫了飯，便在山上過夜。
And Jacob offered a sacrifice on the mountain and called his brothers to eat a meal, and they ate a meal and spent the night in the mountain.
31:55
拉班清早起來，與他外孫和女兒親嘴，給他們祝福，就離開那裏，回自己的地方去了。
And early in the morning Laban rose up and kissed his sons and his daughters and blessed them, and Laban departed and returned to his place.

10:16
看哪，我差遣你們去，如同綿羊在狼中間；所以你們要靈巧像蛇，純真像鴿子。
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be therefore prudent as serpents and guileless as doves.
10:17
且要提防人；因為他們要把你們交給議會，也要在他們的會堂裏鞭打你們；
And beware of men, for they will deliver you up to sanhedrins, and in their synagogues they will scourge you.
10:18
並且你們要為我的緣故，被送到官長和君王面前，對他們和外邦人作見證。
And you will also be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.
10:19
但他們把你們交給人的時候，你們不要憂慮怎麼說，或說甚麼；因為在那時刻，自會賜給你們當說的。
But when they deliver you up, do not be anxious about how or what you should speak, for it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak;
10:20
因為說話的不是你們，乃是你們父的靈在你們裏面說話。
For you are not the ones speaking, but the Spirit of your Father is the One speaking in you.
10:21
並且弟兄要把弟兄，父親要把兒女，交到死地；兒女要起來與父母為敵，害死他們。
And brother will deliver up brother to death, and father his child; and children will rise up against their parents and put them to death.
10:22
你們還要因我的名，被眾人恨惡；惟有忍耐到底的，必然得救。
And you will be hated by all because of My name. But he who has endured to the end, this one shall be saved.
10:23
但幾時人在這城逼迫你們，就逃到別城去；我實在告訴你們，以色列的城邑，你們還沒有走完，人子就來了。
And when they persecute you in this city, flee into another. For truly I say to you, You shall by no means finish the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes.
10:24
門徒並不高過老師，奴僕也不高過主人。
A disciple is not above the teacher, nor a slave above his master.
10:25
門徒和他的老師一樣，奴僕和他的主人一樣，也就夠了。人既稱家主為別西卜，何況他的家人？
It is sufficient for the disciple that he become like his teacher, and the slave like his master. If they have called the Master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of His household!
10:26
所以不要怕他們；因為掩蓋的事沒有不被揭露的，隱藏的事沒有不被人知道的。
Therefore do not fear them; for there is nothing covered which will not be revealed, and hidden which will not be made known.
10:27
我在暗中告訴你們的，你們要在明處說出來；你們耳中所聽的，要在房頂上宣揚出來。
What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, proclaim on the housetops.
10:28
不要怕那些殺身體，卻不能殺魂的；惟要怕那能把魂和身體都滅在火坑裏的。
And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
10:29
兩隻麻雀不是賣一個銅錢麼？沒有你們父的許可，一隻也不會掉在地上。
Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? And not one of them will fall to the earth apart from your Father.
10:30
就是連你們的頭髮，也都被數過了。
But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.
10:31
所以不要怕，你們比許多麻雀還貴重。
Therefore do not fear; you are of more value than many sparrows.
10:32
凡在人面前，在我裏面承認我的，我在我諸天之上的父面前，也必在他裏面承認他；
Every one therefore who will confess in Me before men, I also will confess in him before My Father who is in the heavens;
10:33
凡在人面前不認我的，我在我諸天之上的父面前，也必不認他。
But whoever will deny Me before men, I also will deny him before My Father who is in the heavens.
10:34
不要以為我來，是給地上帶來和平；我來並不是帶來和平，乃是帶來刀劍。
Do not think that I have come to bring peace on the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.
10:35
因為我來是叫人不和：兒子反他的父親，女兒反她的母親，兒媳反她的婆婆；
For I have come to set men at variance: a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
10:36
人的仇敵就是自己家裏的人。
And a man's enemies will be those of his household.
10:37
愛父母過於愛我的，配不過我；愛兒女過於愛我的，配不過我；
He who loves father or mother above Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter above Me is not worthy of Me;
10:38
不背起他的十字架，並跟從我的，也配不過我。
And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
10:39
得著魂生命的，必要喪失魂生命；為我的緣故喪失魂生命的，必要得著魂生命。
He who finds his soul-life shall lose it, and he who loses his soul-life for My sake shall find it.
10:40
接待你們的，就是接待我；接待我的，就是接待那差遣我的。
He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who has sent Me.
10:41
因申言者的名接待申言者的，必得申言者的賞賜；因義人的名接待義人的，必得義人的賞賜。
He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward, and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
10:42
無論誰，因門徒的名，只把一杯涼水給這小子裏的一個喝，我實在告訴你們，他絕不會失去他的賞賜。
And whoever gives to one of these little ones only a cup of cold water to drink in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.
11:1
耶穌吩咐完了十二個門徒，就離開那裏，在他們的諸城中施教並傳道。
And when Jesus had finished giving instructions to His twelve disciples, He departed from there to teach and to preach in their cities.
