詩篇 Psalms 34：1-36：12
34:1
我要時時頌讚耶和華；讚美祂的話必常在我口中。
I will bless Jehovah at all times; His praise will continually be in my mouth.
34:2
我的魂必因耶和華誇耀；卑微的人聽見，就要喜樂。
My soul makes its boast in Jehovah; The lowly hear and they rejoice.
34:3
你們要和我一同尊耶和華為大，一同高舉祂的名。
Magnify Jehovah with me, And let us exalt His name together.
34:4
我曾尋求耶和華，祂就應允我，救我脫離一切使我恐懼的。
I sought Jehovah, and He answered me; And He delivered me from all that terrified me.
34:5
人仰望祂，便有光榮；他們的臉必不蒙羞。
They looked to Him and were radiant; And their faces will never be abashed.
34:6
我這窮苦人呼求，耶和華便垂聽，救我脫離一切患難。
This poor man called out, and Jehovah heard; And He saved him out of all his troubles.
34:7
耶和華的使者，在敬畏祂的人四圍安營，搭救他們。
The angel of Jehovah encamps Around those who fear Him, and He delivers them.
34:8
你們要嘗嘗，便知道耶和華是美善的；投奔於祂的人有福了。
Taste and see that Jehovah is good; Blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.
34:9
耶和華的聖民哪，你們當敬畏祂，因敬畏祂的一無所缺。
Fear Jehovah, you who are His saints; For there is no lack with those who fear Him.
34:10
少壯獅子，還缺食忍餓；但尋求耶和華的，甚麼好處都不缺。
The young lions hunger and starve, But those who seek Jehovah will not lack any good thing.
34:11
孩子們，你們當來聽我的話；我要教導你們敬畏耶和華。
Come, children; hear me. I will teach you the fear of Jehovah.
34:12
誰是那喜愛生命，愛慕長壽，要享美福的人？
Who is the man who desires life, Who loves having days in order to see good?
34:13
你要禁止舌頭不出惡言，嘴脣不說詭詐的話。
Guard your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit.
34:14
要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕。
Turn away from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.
34:15
耶和華的眼目看顧義人，祂的耳朵聽他們的呼求。
The eyes of Jehovah are set toward the righteous, And His ears, toward their cry.
34:16
耶和華向行惡的人變臉，要從地上剪除他們的名號。
The face of Jehovah is against those who do evil, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.
34:17
義人呼求，耶和華聽見了，便救他們脫離一切患難。
The righteous cry out, and Jehovah hears; And He saves them out of all their troubles.
34:18
耶和華靠近傷心的人，拯救靈裏痛悔的人。
Jehovah is near to those who are broken in heart, And He saves those who are contrite in spirit.
34:19
義人多有患難，但耶和華救他脫離這一切；
Many are the troubles of the righteous man, But Jehovah delivers him from all of them.
34:20
又保全他一身的骨頭，連一根也不折斷。
He keeps all his bones; Not one of them is broken.
34:21
惡必害死惡人；恨惡義人的，必被定罪。
Evil will slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous man will be condemned.
34:22
耶和華救贖祂僕人的魂；凡投奔於祂的，必不至定罪。
Jehovah redeems the soul of His servants, And none who take refuge in Him will be condemned.
35:1
耶和華阿，與我相爭的，求你與他們相爭；與我相戰的，求你與他們相戰。
Strive, O Jehovah, with those who strive with me; Battle against those who battle against me.
35:2
求你拿著大小的盾牌，起來幫助我；
Take hold of buckler and shield, And rise up as my help.
35:3
抽出槍來，擋住那追趕我的；求你對我的魂說：我是你的拯救。
Draw out also the spear, and close up the way Against those who pursue me; Say to my soul, I am your salvation.
35:4
願那尋索我命的，蒙羞受辱；願那謀害我的，退後羞愧。
Let those who seek my life Be put to shame and humiliated; Let those who devise evil for me Be turned back and confounded.
35:5
願他們像風前的糠秕，有耶和華的使者趕逐他們。
Let them be like chaff before the wind, With the angel of Jehovah driving them on.
35:6
願他們的道路，又暗又滑，有耶和華的使者追趕他們。
Let their way be darkness and slipperiness itself, With the angel of Jehovah pursuing them.
35:7
因他們無故的為我暗設網羅；無故的挖坑要害我的命。
For without cause they hid their net for me; Without cause they dug a pit for me.
35:8
願毀滅不知不覺間臨到他身上；願他暗設的網纏住自己；願他落在其中滅沒。
Let destruction come upon him unawares, And let his net, which he hid, catch him; Let him fall into it, into destruction.
35:9
我的魂就必因耶和華歡騰，因祂的救恩歡喜。
Then my soul will exult in Jehovah; It will rejoice in His salvation.
35:10
我的骨頭都要說，耶和華阿，誰能像你救護窮苦人，脫離那比他強壯的，救護困苦窮乏人，脫離那搶奪他的？
All my bones will say, Jehovah, who is like You, Who delivers the poor from him who is too strong for him, And the poor and needy from him who robs him?
35:11
惡毒的見證人起來，盤問我所不知道的事。
Malicious witnesses rise up; They ask me about things I know nothing of.
35:12
他們向我以惡報善，使我的魂孤苦。
They repay me evil for good; I am bereaved in soul.
35:13
至於我，當他們有病的時候，我便穿麻衣，禁食刻苦己心；我的禱告回到自己的懷中。
But I, when they were sick, Had sackcloth as my clothing; I afflicted my soul with fasting, And my prayer returned to my own bosom.
35:14
我這樣行，好像他是我的朋友，我的弟兄；我悲哀屈身，如同人為母親哀痛。
I conducted myself as if it had been my friend or my brother; Like one mourning for his mother, I bowed down gloomily.
35:15
但我跌倒了，他們卻歡喜，大家聚集；我所不認識的那些譭謗者，聚集攻擊我；他們不住的把我撕裂。
But at my stumbling they rejoice and gather together; The attackers, whom I did not know Gather together against me; They tear at me and do not cease.
35:16
他們如同不虔敬、好譏誚的阿諛之人，向我咬牙切齒。
As profane mocking parasites, They gnash their teeth at me.
35:17
主阿，你看著不理，要到幾時呢？求你救我的魂脫離他們的殘害，救我寶貴的生命脫離少壯獅子。
O Lord, how long will You look on? Rescue my soul from their destruction, My precious life from the lions.
35:18
我要在大會中稱謝你，在強大的民中讚美你。
I will give You thanks in the great congregation; Among a mighty people I will praise You.
35:19
求你不讓那無理與我為仇的，向我誇耀；不讓那無故恨我的，向我擠眼。
Do not let those who are wrongly my enemies rejoice over me; Do not let those who hate me without cause narrow their eyes at me.
35:20
因為他們不說和平話，倒設想詭詐的言語，害地上的安靜人。
For they do not speak peace, But devise words of deceit Against the quiet people of the land.
35:21
他們大大張口攻擊我，說，阿哈！阿哈！我們的眼已經看見了。
And they open their mouth wide against me; They say, Aha! Aha! Our eyes have seen it.
35:22
耶和華阿，你已經看見了；求你不要閉口。主阿，求你不要遠離我。
You have seen, O Jehovah; do not be silent. O Lord, do not be far from me.
35:23
我的神我的主阿，求你奮興醒起，判清我的事，伸明我的冤。
Awake, and stir Yourself for my cause, For my claim, O my God and my Lord.
35:24
耶和華我的神阿，求你按你的公義為我伸冤，不讓他們向我誇耀。
Vindicate me according to Your righteousness, O Jehovah my God; And do not let them rejoice over me.
35:25
不讓他們心裏說，阿哈！遂我們的心願了；不讓他們說，我們已經把他吞了。
Do not let them say in their heart, Aha! That is what we wanted. Do not let them say, We have swallowed him up.
35:26
願那喜歡我遭難的，一同抱愧蒙羞；願那向我妄自尊大的，披慚愧，蒙羞辱。
May those who rejoice at my trouble Be ashamed and confounded together; May those who magnify themselves against me Be clothed with shame and humiliation.
35:27
願那喜悅我公義得表白的，歡呼喜樂；願他們常說，當尊耶和華為大，祂喜悅祂的僕人安好。
May those who delight in the vindication of my righteousness Give a ringing shout and rejoice, And may they say continually, Jehovah be magnified, Who delights in the well-being of His servant.
35:28
我的舌頭要終日論說你的公義，並且讚美你。
And my tongue will declare Your righteousness And Your praise all day long.
36:1
惡人的罪過在他心裏說話；他眼中不怕神。
Transgression speaks to the wicked Within his heart; There is no dread of God Before his eyes.
36:2
他諂媚自己，在他看來，他的罪孽不會被查出、被恨惡。
For he flatters himself in his own eyes, That his iniquity cannot be found out and hated.
36:3
他口中的言語，盡是奸惡詭詐；他不再明智，不再行美善的事。
The words of his mouth are wickedness and deceit; He has ceased being wise and doing good.
36:4
他在床上圖謀奸惡，站立在不善的道路上，不棄絕惡事。
He plans wickedness on his bed; He sets himself on a way that is not good; He does not reject evil.
36:5
耶和華阿，你的慈愛，及於諸天；你的信實，達到穹蒼。
O Jehovah, Your lovingkindness is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches unto the skies.
36:6
你的公義，好像神的眾山；你的判斷，如同深淵；耶和華阿，人和牲畜，你都救護。
Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; Your judgments are like the great deep; You preserve man and beast, O Jehovah.
36:7
神阿，你的慈愛，何其寶貴！世人投靠在你翅膀的蔭下。
How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Thus the sons of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings.
36:8
他們必因你殿裏的肥甘得以飽足，你也必叫他們喝你樂河的水。
They are saturated with the fatness of Your house, And You cause them to drink of the river of Your pleasures.
36:9
因為在你那裏，有生命的源頭；在你的光中，我們必得見光。
For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.
36:10
願你不斷施慈愛給認識你的人，以公義待心裏正直的人。
Continue Your lovingkindness to those who know You, And Your righteousness to those who are upright in heart.
36:11
不要讓驕傲人的腳踐踏我，也不要讓兇惡人的手趕逐我。
Do not let the foot of the arrogant come upon me, Nor let the hand of the wicked drive me away.
36:12
在那裏，作孽的人已經仆倒；他們被推倒，不能再起來。
There the workers of iniquity are fallen; They are cast down and unable to rise.
新約 New Testament
羅馬書 Romans 9:1-18
9:1
我在基督裏說真話，並不說謊，有我的良心在聖靈裏同我作見證，
I speak the truth in Christ, I do not lie, my conscience bearing witness with me in the Holy Spirit,
9:2
我是大有憂愁，心裏不住的傷痛。
That I have great grief and unceasing pain in my heart.
9:3
為我弟兄，我肉身的親人，我寧願自己被咒詛，與基督分離。
For I could wish that I myself were a curse, separated from Christ for my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh,
9:4
他們是以色列人，那兒子的名分、榮耀、諸約、律法的頒賜、事奉和應許，都是他們的；
Who are Israelites, whose are the sonship and the glory and the covenants and the giving of the law and the service and the promises;
9:5
列祖是他們的，按肉體說，基督也是出於他們的，祂是在萬有之上，永遠受的頌讚神。阿們。
Whose are the fathers, and out of whom, as regards what is according to flesh, is the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen.
9:6
但這不是說，神的話落了空，因為從以色列生的，不都是以色列人；
But it is not as though the word of God has fallen away, for not all who are out of Israel are Israel;
9:7
也不因為是亞伯拉罕的後裔，就都是兒女，惟獨“從以撒生的，纔要稱為你的後裔。”
Neither is it that because they are the seed of Abraham, they are all children; but, "In Isaac shall your seed be called,"
9:8
這就是說，肉體的兒女不就是神的兒女，惟獨那應許的兒女纔算是後裔。
That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but the children of the promise are accounted as the seed.
9:9
因為所應許的話是這樣：“到明年這時候我要來，撒拉必生一個兒子。”
For this is the word of promise, "At this time next year I will come, and Sarah shall have a son."
9:10
不但如此，還有利百加，既從一個人，就是從我們的祖宗以撒懷了孕，
And not only so, but Rebecca also, having conceived by one, Isaac our father,
9:11
雙子還沒有生下來，善惡也沒有作出來，（只因要堅定神揀選人的旨意，不是本於行為，乃是本於那呼召人的，）
Though the children had not yet been born nor had done anything good or bad (that the purpose of God according to selection might remain, not of works but of Him who calls),
9:12
神就對利百加說，“將來大的要服事小的。”
It was said to her, "The greater shall serve the less";
9:13
正如經上所記：“雅各是我所愛的，以掃是我所恨的。”
As it is written, "Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated."
9:14
這樣，我們可說甚麽？難道在神有不義麼？絕對沒有！
What then shall we say? Is there unrighteousness with God? Absolutely not!
9:15
因為祂對摩西說，“我要向誰施憐憫，就向誰施憐憫；要對誰動憐恤，就對誰動憐恤。”
For to Moses He says, "I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion."
9:16
這樣看來，這不在於那定意的，也不在於那奔跑的，只在於那施憐憫的神。
So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.
9:17
因為經上對法老說，“我特意將你興起來，為要在你身上顯示我的權能，並要使我的名傳遍全地。”
For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very thing I have raised you up, that I might show in you My power, and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth."
9:18
這樣看來，神願意向誰施憐憫，就向誰施憐憫；願意叫誰剛硬，就叫誰剛硬。
So then He has mercy on whom He wills, and He hardens whom He wills.
